ReplyDeleteFiring that employee was right! No matter what he was hired to deliver his employer's strategic objectives. Hence he (the employee) shouldn't have broken his company's policies and procedures. If we applaud him for giving a celebrity preferential treatment which made him go against the standard practice of service, we shouldn't complain about Nigeria at all. It goes to show the level of indiscipline in every sector.

ReplyDeleteDon is my guy but what he did was wrong,the staff in question deserves to be fired I mean for christ sake u don't play with peoples job delta air is not an entertainment company d place is a serious place wit serious minded people.don jazzy has no biz messin around their place of work like that jus cos his a celeb as for the staff wat he did was simply negligence of duty which shld hav great consequences,am very sure Donjazzy as a ceo wouldn't want people to mess around his office like that,employing the guy was cool but I think if he is as down to earth like most of us presume him to be the rit tin to do is apologize to delta air cos when u pull a joke on someone and the person don't find it funny the rit tin to do is apologize to the person
