Clarion Chukwura Calls Out Ibinabo Fibersima + Nollywood Practitioners In Exclusive Chat With Thecla Wilkie

THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE VIDEO TO STELLADIMOKOKORKUS' BLOG
Please listen to the points raised before you cuss anyone out

This video was recorded this week....After AMAA awards where both actresses supposedly settled their differences but hey this interview coming from Clarion Chukwura is on fire and calls out the flaws of the movie industry outrightly.

She says Ibinabo is her friend (oh yes, friends tell each other the truth).......

....Anyways,my conclusion is that Clarion has some very strong points here and she articulates what she means beautifully.... i raise my left hand in agreement with what point she is driving at but her kicking AGN President Ibinabo Fiberesima in the vjayjay was so painful... I enjoyed the interview though,it was full of fire!!!!

And the show hostessThecla Wilkie has a first class in amebo-ism!

did you see thecla's mouth when she inroduced the ibinabo issue and when she asked all the questions?LMAO.

Thecla Keep it up babe, you remind me of Wendy Williams.....Wannabee.,please add more kerosene to your questions.lol

    1. I like the fact that she owned up to all statements attributed to her. However I still see a personal attack. Clarion your own morality if tabled here blog go full. Morally you are not in any position to attack non stop. Only say no court don criminalize your own

    2. Hmmm I painstakingly listened tru her interview for a balanced unbiased judgement and submission. I have this to say.
I quite agree that anyone who must assume a post as high as the one Ibinabo occupies should not be an ex convict. Now I am not debating whether she committed the crime consciously or otherwise. Nonetheless if a person must preside over the likes of clarion, Olu jobs and other veterans, it shouldnt be Ibinabo for obvious reasons.
Its an insult to the elders of the guild and it makes the entity appear an unserious one morally. As per the issue of collecting lose monies from the government, I agree with her again. It makes them appear the hungry jacks that the Nigerian people have made them synonymous to from time immemorial.

They should be repackaged because the nollywood sector has changed drastically, more so that they have boost the Nigerian economy with their entertainments.. because they are now sought after even outside Nigeria.
Lastly I like that she's brave and she didn't deny what she said before this time. She has made her salient point and I careless if there's more to it between the ladies.

Madam, what part of MANSLAUGHTER do you not understand??? The act was not deliberate. Ibinabo served her time. It's no secret. You need help Clarion. Stella shei clarion has bribed u???

  17. Clarion you are a great actress and i love you as an actress. Clarion why didn't you contest for the post all this while since you are all knowing and so good? Watching that video you came out to me like a very wicked and vindictive person, the way you were calling IB a criminal one will think she went with a gun and shot that man may his soul rest in peace but Clarion it was an ACCIDENT!!! Remember you also have children and no man knows tomorrow. #leaveibinaboalone# Another thing i noticed is that you have used too many hash creams and mehn, your skin look's sooooooo ABUSED that you look 60 instead of the 50 u claim.

    1. I guess it was all CC's faults when IB decided to drink herself to a state of stupor, opened her car door, inserted the key into the ignition, drove off and then killed a young Doctor. An innocent man.Learn to accept the truthful truth and leave her skin alone. Your picture is very invisible by the way.

  23. Clarion has strong points about the AGN's current structure. It appears to lack direction at the moment plus it is heavily characterized by unnecessary politics.
Having said that, I don't appreciate the way she focuses on the ex conviction status of Ibinabo. She speaks about it maliciously and bitterly. Madam Clarion, that subject is now overflogged. Be a selfless leader and use the social media to give AGN some sort of direction since you have more ideas.

  25. She has spoken sensibly. I am amazed (judged by the percentage) of comments stating she is jealous. Are many nigerians really gullible? Are we so full of sentiments that we fail to adress the truth?

This is a clear case of rule violation, someone voices out and the person is tagged jealous! This country is doomed. There is no way foward at all. Its a shame.

    ReplyDelete
  26. What's with the mannerisms:"you know "

    ReplyDelete
  27. All she said was clearly d naked truth. We often allow sentiments to becloud our sense of reasoning in this country. Driving under d influence of alcohol(DUI) is an offence and a man was klled. She was tried and convicted. I don't see why a convicted person wil hold such a post in any developed country.

    ReplyDelete
  28. clarion welcome to the blog. We have read your posts and can usually identify them. Haters NEVER amount to the person they are trying to destroy. Imagine going on national TV (which also airs internationally) to repeatedly call Ibinabo a "convicted criminal", her career you are attempting to destroy will only soar-that is the way God works...

    ReplyDelete
  29. The comments here only speak to how far Nigerians have sunk morally. Manslaughter however accidental in nature it is, speaks to a serious level of irresponsibility which has subsequently claimed a life. Being a convict she has lost every right to a position of that nature. Sentiments- but he has tried, but he has done this or done that is constantly the order of the day. Anyone that stands up for the truth is tagged as jealous. How can Nigeria ever move forward? Please let us all learn to call a spade a spade!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Some of the comments are just so annoying. What points has she made: 1.The guild is not functioning to its potential because of poor leadership 2. The current leader does not posses the constitutional right to be the leader. Who disputes that? Focus on the real issues not her cream, her age, or your "assumptions" of her motives please!

  35. Clarion, you are a bitter, bleached, hard faced old woman.
Who cares if you put in trillion years. The actors should get agents and audition for jobs the way it's done elsewhere in the world.
Someday your bitterness will chew you up and spit you out.
You are bitter n ugly inside and out.

Leave the AGN alone. You want change, contest and be the change you want to see.
Mind you, a poor follower makes a poor leader.
Final word, respect you son and zip it up.

  36. Nw I see!! Pls if u dnt understand grammar dnt comment . Haba wat re u blaming her 4? 1) She's NT against Ibinabo, rather the likes of AGN n said its been like that 4 d past 5yrs. 2) Ibinabo is not a gud example, killed someone bcos u re drunk? N u said its nt deliberate? Wat abt d safety warnings? Wat abt ignoring the court? Abeg we re d problems we have, like she said " our problems in ds nation is deep" wen fools like u can't read n understand simple grammar n write bcos everyone is free 2 air der rubbish opinions. How can u have a swt career like acting n still sleep ard? Bcos the d AGN is corrupt n u think most of this girls like the fact they sleep wit ds men 2 meet up der luxurious life? We dnt even pay tax as Hollywood stars yet our Nollywood stars re broke. Smh...

  37. Clarion well done o oya clap for yourself. I have seen the much gusto with which you have discussed ds issue. One thing is very clear your beef with Ibinabo is simply because she got money or whatever from the presidency. I also noticed how uncomfortable you were when you were asked "what has sparked ds off?" You peeped at the camera and felt the urge to fiddle with you hair. That's a sure sign of someone with mad misdemeanor. I pray you finally let ds issue rest, don't want to see you on CNN tomorrow talking about Ibinabo. E haff do...EEE!!!

  39. I'll always be on Clarion side on this matter. I'm surprised Ibinabo could even reply her. They are clearly poles apart in everything; professionalism, achievements, recognition etc.

Clarion has always had strong, valid points about the AGN and how they have never been able to put their house in order.

Stella, Clarion already explained about the rumoured AMAA reconciliation. It was just a picture advertised by a busybody, the fight is still on.

  43. Nigeria should act with sentiment! AN EX CONVICT SHOULD Not be allowed to lead! I support clarion! It is about time ibinabo shuts up... She has murdered sleep by replying clarion chukwura. Now is is :#ibinabo MUST step down!....it is clearly written in the association's constitution....IBINABO DO THE HONORABLE thing step down! Are you not an ex- convict?...don't wait for the law to catch up with you a second time!

    ReplyDelete
  44. I think IB should relinquish her power to this lady because she can really bring back the organisation to its glory. Nollywood for now is just like a political organisation, she made a lot of sense we really need her type in our corrupt and lawless country.

  45. Good morning Stella, and thanks for posting this video, Let's call a spade a spade, clarion dsnt have any reason whatsoever to be envious of ibinabo. How many single mothers have carved a niche for themselves and their offspring, clarion is doing good, it's so clear at her age, same as her children. Nollywood is sinking deep because of corruption, twofaced and cowardly humans. Her statements are very true, I can thank her a hundred times for standing up for the truth, regardless of what people think. Illiterate Nigerians please kindly post your mothers pictures at 50

  46. Ibinabo must step down, now most of our artist just act movies, not because of the peanuts they get but just to showcase their talent and for better opportunities outside. We can't move foward only if we all do what is right.

  49. I have been on a lot of blogs and seen a lot of responses to this issue but it really concerns me when people who come to discuss issues on a blog resort to calling names, swearing and using abusive words just because someone has presented their view of a situation. I do not believe Clarion is jealous of Ibinabo, far from it. If you watched the video you can discern why. Every point Clarion has made is valid, well thought of and also backed with legal understanding of the law and the knowledge of what is good and acceptable in society that aspires to RID itself of CURUPTION .
Ibinabo has been told by a High Court to step down. She has refused and is blatantly refusing to submit herself to the laws of Nigeria but is very quick to play on the sympathy of people insisting it was a mistake. If indeed IBINABO is sorry and she sincerely is completely contrite at having killed Dr Giwa mistakenly as has been established although it was done under the influence of ALCOHOL, (1) She should have served her FULL sentence (2) She should have KEPT and STILL BE KEEPING a LOW PROFILE (3) She should STOP BLATANTLY REFUSING TO OBEY COURT INJUCTIONS because she knows all the TOP SHOTS. If she really wants to do GOOD as she claims, there are many other ways she can do it besides being a PUBLIC FIGURE or taking up a LEADERSHIP POST!!!. She could have worked as a volunteer for charities ect. The fact that she is in a leadership position itself draws attention to her and causes people to remember her MANSLAUGHTER CONVICTION.
