Barbie, you know you ain't yet qualified to be Ops Head in the bank you work for. You obviously know the rule in Ops especially using management time for leisure and personal things.You also passed through one of the best training schools in the banking industry in Nigeria where the implication of what you are doing was clearly spelt out to you. If I should cull up your activities in the last 2 or 3 weeks especially on this blog,you'll be found wanting.So when you don't get A or A* in your appraisal you know where the fault lies.
