  5. Awwww. Good to see you Sandra. Such a talented actor.

She and her colleagues back then were fantastic, apart from Regina Askia who couldn't act to save her life. But what Regina lacked in talent, she made up for with zeal and passion.

Sandra Achums, you really do look good I must commend.

    3. @anonymous, hope you've learnt how to speak the language? Cos if you don't, be prepared for 5 years of cultural shock! And because it's not an English speaking country, a lot of them will tell you they don't understand English! I lived there for a while so I speak from experience! My experience,
      - passer by rearly say hello to each other
      - they are dam strict
-when you say something, mean it! Never say what you don't mean
I don't know which city in Germany you are planning to go and do your studies! I will advice you, whatever study you plan to do, do it in English! It can be quite frustrating for a newbie to take up any study in German!
-finally, Germany is the opposite as compared to Nigeria. All the best in whichever choice you make.

    4. Bitter truth....Just finish my masters...still job-hunting...Most of my course mates left for their home countries immediately the program ended...To think, I paid 35k Euros for an MBA in the best business school in Germany...WHU-Otto Beisheim school of management Vallendar....Anywayz, no leave no transfer for me, I don become one of them....Why not go to Canada? Get ur masters and then get a residence permit???

      Delete
    5. And then, I forgot to add that, of course you can actually come for ur masters and then go back home afterwards....it makes life easier for you cos you will always get an EU visa anytime u wanna visit....Use ur masters as a door-opener.

U look good Sandra!Love to ur family.

  35. I loved Sandra and love her more even now dat she knew when to quit and for a VERY GOOD reason too - family. To those who said she couldnt act, recall these were de pioneers of Nollywood, an era we could safely and forgivably call mediocre. What can u say about de talentless oafs we have these days who "hope to win an Oscar" someday but cant even act Tales By Moonlight convicingly and whose only claim to fame is living false lives on Instagram posting pics of knock-off "designer" stuff?

Hats off to Sandra and her ilk. God bless her and the life she has chosen.
