Miss Global Nigeria’s 1st Runner-Up Leaves For International Pageant






As the form sales for the 2014 edition of Miss Global Nigeria pageant hots up, one of its Queens, Antai Victoria who’s the first runner up to the reigning Michelle Ijeh Udoka has left   to represent the nation at an international beauty contest holding in Puglia, Italy.



Victoria Antai, the graduate of International Relations from Lead City University is among the leggy beauty Queens from across the world strutting it out for the coveted crown of the Miss Progress International (www.missprogressinternational.com) contest that holds between May 9th-18th, 2014 in the ancient town of Puglia.  


According to the organizers, Associazione Culturale In Progress of San Giorgio Ionico “the ancient city of Puglia known for its story of most romantic legends and wonders of nature is waiting to receive the Ambassadors of Progress and in particular, the Councillor for Tourism and Territorial Planning, Fernando Marzo who’s the chief host is excited to welcome the girls to a special dinner after the world press conference on May 10 @ 11.00am.
In his words, 

"Miss Progress International - says Marzo - is, without a doubt, a very unique event that’s bringing together paragon of beauties from diverse cultures spanning five continents uniting by a common goal of making the world a better place to live.".


The most interesting thing about this pageant is that, Miss Progress International is not just about beauty, the contestants will be grouped for intelligent quotient test via an essay writing in form of a project dwelling on issues like Environment, Health, Human Rights and Cultural Integration. 


The Jury, in fact, is eagernto evaluate the essay with the best content which sees the winner taking home the sum of Ten Thousand Euros.


Meanwhile the form sales and campaign for the next edition of Miss Global Nigeria has kicked off and the show holds at the prestigious Havillah Events Centre beside City of David, Victoria Island, Lagos on Sunday, July 20th, 2014.
