When you are offshore, there's only one number that can be used. It's usually configured and looks like it's a foreign number. Most times, it's only family you are allowed to call. There's usually no network on sea and most of them don't go with their regular mobiles.

In this race to save my life I left my phones with him o and this guy had d guts to pick my calls till I went to block them d next day.

Is it possible to threaten her from offshore?
