    Fellow sdkers tanx 4 ur goodwill yesterday. I gave birth to a bouncing baby boy of 4kg thro cs yesterday. Now d main hurdle is im not allowed food even water till bowel movement is heard and dis cld take days? Im so damn thirsty,if only I cld at least hav water.pls any personal experience? Wat can I do to speed up bowel movement? Im so thirsty
