Born on April 16, 1985 in Lagos, Ismaila Taye Taiwo is a left footer. He plays in the Turkish league now for Bursaspor. DeleteWhen they say current value,it doesn't mean that's what he spent in building the house or what he bought the land for... It could be more than 100m next year if that area gets more developed... So current value means what the house is what now.. Just like how you buy a land 10m,you wouldn't sell t for 10m the next year cos it would be valued based on the development of that area and you would sell for more . I hope this example explained it well.. The value appreciates when it has to so with landed properties that's why its a good investment because if he wants to sell it in 5yrs time,it might be valued at 200m and that's what he would sell for..

What it means is that as at the time of valuation,the cost of what he bought the land has appreciated,before you put in the building and every. For instance,when you buy a land for 10m today,you don't expect to sell it 10m tomorrow,it would have appreciated because that area would be been developed so you might even sell for 20m in 5yrs. I hope that example does it. So the current value is 100m and if he wants to sell in 5yrs time,he might be selling for 200m because that might be the current value. I have tried as much to as possible to explain in the layman view
