The Lord is your strength, you have to try and get yourself out of that depression zone, because depression is not good, free your mind, listen to music and dance along, watch comic movie that will make you laugh, go see loved ones, friends and families and engage yourself in discussions that will lift your spirit, walk around, take a stroll, read the bible, especially the new testament, or in the old testament, proverbs and psalms, all in all, just engage yourself and do something that will lifet your spirit...     They keep using the same set of people from one telecom company to another. No qualms sha. But one would have thought they also bring in some OAPs, locally(home) based footballers and others in various fields aswell(let there be wealth distribution). Our home based footballers may never get that glamour if they don't get endorsements like this one atleast so we can know them, and also want to watch them play.
