Chibok #BringBackOurGirls Protest Hits The Streets As Police Teargas Protesters.

Dozens of armed police officers have attempted to disperse a crowd protesting the abduction of secondary school girls in Chibok, Borno state.
Gunshots were fired by the officers in an attempt to break the protest but the protesters stood their ground. The crowd included celebrities and others.
Well done to them.

I AM CHIBOK ....I AM NIGERIAN AND I CARE.

    1. I'd rather protest about missing Malaysian aeroplane than Chibok.
My heart goes out to the abducted girls (even though I'm still keeping options open sef). BUT, Please, don't crucify me for saying this. Let me say it again, I'd rather protest about the missing malaysian aeroplane than rant about 'this issue'. My reason is simple---I don't, and will never trust my government.
      Goodluck Nigerians!

    1. In my opinion I think the FG will be happier with the news that the girls are dead than having to contend with the status of the 234 girls still missing, putting them under so much pressure about going to rescue them.

  9. Such peaceful protest should go on in the 36 states of the nation! BH and their sponsor will surely pay for the crime they committed against humanity and the Nigeria State! Nigerians should know that GEJ is not the problem but forces of evil from the North who believe they are born to rule!!!!

    1. Shut up joor! If they are the sponsors, the state has the resources to prove it & bring them to justice. We tired of the excuses & blame games.A bad farmer blames his neighbour for his poor harvests.I did not see the Afghan, pakistani,Yemeni,Algerian,Kenyan & Somali govts blame opposition for their own insurgency problems. Why are we blaming northern elders? Abeg.Lets be responsible joor!

    2. Anon 4.44 chop knuckle!! You to make sense. Always excuses from GEJ and his cohorts!! If they cannot handle the matter then they should clear road for those who can proffer solutions!!

  10. So I read on other post where some people said they aren't sure Fggc Chibok had up to that number of gals..

I just want to disagree with you all. Its a federal govt givlrls college, people come from other states... I have gone to visit family who attend one on their visiting days and believe me,most of the people there aren't from that state.. I have families in the one in Jos,and they all go from Lagos... About half of them ate from Lagos and then other states.. Only few come from that state.. So I believe same is the case for chibok..

Either way, they might have exaggerated the number or they didn't... I also think Mrs chikwe raised a valid point even though I am sick to my stomach that she thinks those gals weren't kidnapped... They school should release the pictures of the student and their names so that every media house would carry it.. At these point,we shouldn't care about the stigma associated to what ever they might have gone thru, but we should care that they come home to their parents alive....

  11. sometimes, i wonder why they added the north and south to form Nigeria. This nama (hausa) people should go and form a country for themselves so we can all move forward.
useless and clueless country. there is no country in the world that this kind of thing happens.

Jona should respect himself and divide this country so that the and roam the streets with their camel and goats and grace BBc with hausas can go with their desert flies perching in their mouth since that's the only thing they like. Primitive people!!

  13. its amazing how people judge issues. Remember God will judge any idle word. Northerners are bent on ruling. Can't we see the hand writing everywhere. They are ready to do anything, l mean anything to get power. Why are we now crying foul and protesting. I thought BH is Northerners way of getting at GEJ? What happens to those that died at different church's in different northern states. Why has it become a crime to kill an innocent soul?. Who is protecting for those that died at St. Theresa Catholic church Madalla, Deeper life bible church lokoja, Nyanya urban b/s.etc. Who?who? Are they not human? Is now a crime to abduct because it concerns solely northerner/ Muslims. God is still God.

    1. Anonymous Abeg move. That people are acting now is a good sign. What did YOU do when non northerners were attacked. All of you that say it is a ploy against Jonathan, well he isn't the one suffering it is regular people. If it is true then shame on Nigerians for being so stupid to play into the hands of the plotters. People are protesting now, it is better late than never. Stop being a whiner and do something.

  19. I really believe these people causing this country so much pains and sorrows have something against Goodluck Jonathan thereby holding him by the balls. If not, how come he's been keeping mute without any actions despite the fact that he knows who the bh are. What is it that's making them blackmail him into silence and inaction???? Mr president, enough is enough!!! It's either you man up and grow some balls thereby damning whatever, or you jejely give way for someone else that's got some balls to rule this country!!!

T.B. JOSHUA'S MESSAGE ON THE ABDUCTED SCHOOL
    GIRLS:
Here is what Prophet T.B. Joshua said on Sunday
27th April 2014 concerning the abducted
schoolgirls in Borno State, Nigeria: “They have to be released. That is the voice of
God. I saw a vision where some of these girls
have escaped and they are trying to find their
way from the forest to the town. In the
midnight, some of these girls ran away. The
ones that are still under their custody – God said He will release them. This is the voice of God.
God has spoken – these children must be
released. We can’t wait to see them. God has
marked them that nothing should happen. “The family members of the abducted
schoolgirls - your pain is our pain. I learnt many
of the parents are in the bush. Please come back
home. It is not your battle alone but the battle of
all people of God all over the world. They are
also our children. “We are in a spiritual battle. God has promised
all of them will come out free, without harm and
hurt. However, if there is unnecessary
confrontation, it may affect them. I want to tell
our security men that they should take it easy.
They should not go with full force because it will bounce back on these children. Let us be
prayerful and at the same time be tactical and
strategic, so they will not harm our dear
schoolgirls. Their captors are in a place where
they cannot move forward or backwards.
Confrontation is dangerous. The security men should be very careful in their strategy and
approach. “Almost half of these girls have escaped and are
inside the bush. Our prayer is safety for these
little ones. Let them come out! We can’t wait to
see them! I was expecting “Breaking News” last
Thursday that almost half of them escaped. It
was the shooting of our security men they heard that scared them. They are afraid the shooting is
from the militants, not knowing our security
forces were coming to rescue them. They have
stopped their journey and are hanging
somewhere. God is in control! “Lift up your voice and pray for the protection of
these girls. Remember our security forces too in
prayer. Ask God to give them more wisdom and
a clean and clear strategy, so that their approach
will not be attack for attack. No matter what the
militants do, even if they attack, they should not attack back in order not to harm our girls. On
Tuesday, be in an attitude of prayer. With God,
    all things are
    possible.” #TBJoshua #BringBackOurGirls

this northerners dont want a south man to rule them, and people will keep dying until his term is finished. The best thing is to divide the country.

You havent contributed significantly to this post so shut your hairy mouth up. And No, my education is and cannot wasted. Anuofia nama!

  25. This issue of Chibok has been a bewildering one for me.

How can these people, BH, kidnap their own people... is it a farce?

    I am confused.

But I just pray that these girls are not being hurt wherever they are kept.

I wonder sincerely if Nigeria can survive 2015 election year... hmmm.

    May God help us.

  26. As expected barrage of criticism will begin to pour in. Can we as Nigerians even pause and think for a while? Where has our senses gone to? Where has our conscience gone to? Must everything about our lives have political undertones? Why do we try to straighten a shadow instead of the object that casted the shadow? Why do we always blame the federal government for any mishap viz terrorist attack, natural disaster, even womanly miscarriage. These faceless criminals called boko haram are being emboldened by our attitude whenever they attack us, we fail to take the battle to them. We instead resort to blaming the government. America was attacked by al-qaeda and they all came out and shed their political leaning and responded as one. See malaysia of yesterday, an airplane got missing and the whole nation came out as one. No one has asked anybody to resign and that was when i began to wonder if they have political parties, and to my chagrin they do have. Some girls were kidnapped in chibok and all we got was protest in abuja. BRING BACK OUR GIRLS as if someone in abuja took them to sambisa forest. Till date we are yet to know the actual number of girl that are missing, the school principal cannot give account, no register, no photograph how do we even know people are missing? Why cant Oby Ezekwesili and her hired goons march to sambisa forest and protest or borno government house. Oby Ezekwesili and her group are mandating the federal government to bring back the girls when she either ignorantly or consciously does not know that in hostage situation you dont apply force, else the hostages will be used as human shield. Boko haram bombing will never end, not until we change our attitude towards them by telling them what they are..... Terrorists and Criminals
