What is Oby's daytime job now since she "left" the world bank job. To the best of my knowledge she doesn't run any NGO neither is she engaged in any academic work. A lot of our universities lack enough manpower. Unilag's department of economics has only one prof left,even struggling to meet up with NUC criteria for ph.ds.There oby is using her own doctorate degree to protest.I'm not saying she shouldn't lend her voice to #bring back our girls,but she can't be fully engaged and be on the street every day.

ReplyDelete234 girls are missing and many more die everyday, the Nigeria i know would simply forget the whole incident after a couple of weeks and go back to their normal duties,that's why when it happened the president condemned the act and also went to campaign the next day.
Let us forget Madam Oby,and imagine your daughter was among those girls,i have seen the way some mother's react to rape issues or men who roughly touch their daughters, now imagine this same women.can't find their daughters for just a week,ask.yourself will you survive this trauma? can you take it?
If you have the opportunity to be in any of this protest or even speak with the mothers,you will understand the pain,the tears,the trauma,this women are going through this country we just don't care and its affecting the citizenry.i pray none of us fall victims of this incidence but its bad enough that you loose someone and you get abandoned.
