This is a song of Unity.....
After Watching the First lady of the Federal republic of Nigeria break down and cry on national TV, Multitalented comedian/musician Omobaba was moved to write this very beautiful and emotional song called "There is God o". he says " when women cry then there
is trouble" and those who made mama peace cry their mothers will cry as well.
he says Nigeria will rise again….lovely song.
Enjoy and share (PROD BY FREQ).
*I apologise to those who thought i made fun of the First lady...i actually didnt..I am sorry if you thought so.i do not have a mother and i try to respect people's mother.
Thank you.........
There is God and he will fish out boko haram!
On a very serious note, I actually don't think and feel anyone should make fun of mama peace, this issue is a delicate one, but I. Guess Nigerians- make fun of anything, I won't be surprised if a joke on air is centred on this....the truth is not all our mothers are educated, and shhe is only fortunate to be a presidents wife, she dint make her self that, so she has a lot to cope with, enough of the yabs I beg una, ....shes is a mother whether she has her own child or not, she is a mother let's pay her some due respect!!..The song made sense, I just hope he really meant it and not like he wanted to mock her.....God can not be mocked!!! Boko haram will face the wrath of God very soon......and thier sponsors...Amen!!!!!.....They can't turn naija to a sharia country, maka gini?
ReplyDeleteThank you
DeleteI don't think it's making fun of her, I think it's just the fact that we know that she is pretending.......... if Nigerians want 2 get BH, we wud, but there is a God that wud cum down from heaven to help us? Abegi, let's be real. Stella u are a good person and I know it, u don't have 2 apologize, cuz really it's obvious what's going on in Nigeria. I love and care about u stella :* mwwahhh
DeleteAbeg who gave that woman that title "mama peace"? I never made fun of her, I don't make fun of people, but I don't like the fact that she was saying women and well meaning Nigerians should stop protesting because the first lady of borno state did not honour her summon for a meeting, she is not constitutionally empowered to summon anybody to a meeting, so if some persons fail to attend, she should not let a whole state or country suffer, its was really sentimental of her, and she was also saying why is she crying more than bereaved, for goodness sake, the bereaved is Nigeria as a whole and not borno state, or first lady of borno state, and its the constitutional primary duty for her husband to protect every citizen including that of borno, and the state of emergency declared on borno makes her husband in-charge of security in that state, so she should put her anger with the first lady of borno state and continue to work hard with her husband and other women to #bringbackourgirls instead of saying people should stop protesting and that if police arrest any protesters that's the persons business

Dis ÈŠ̝̊̅Úª so touching. I actually didn't watch d video of patie crying on nat TV but listenin to it here rily brot tears down my cheek. Boko haram ÈŠ̝̊̅Úª a serious menace we'r facing here in nigeria. Chei there's God indeed Ω̴̩̩̩̥ he'l take vengeance @ his appointed time.
ReplyDeleteVery nice
ReplyDeleteMay God Help Us In Nigeria
ReplyDeleteThis is so wrong and I have no respect for anyone that did this, this is a woman that was in tears, trying to help and what anyone can.do is to start yabbing, that is why we are having problems in Nigeria, we aren't even united to help clear enemies,God forgive me,see this ugly Omo baba sef yabbing someone,go and ask God for forgiveness,i will never have respect for Omobaba again,or invite him to any event I would have in future, rubbish
ReplyDeleteOde go siddon! Am sure u didn't even listen to Omobaba's song before writing this crap.pple like u are d ones dat react before they listen to d issue on ground! Alika!
DeleteDid you ever invite him to any event in the first place? Which part of the song is insulting to the first place? He even said that who ever it is that made the first lady cry, God will make their own mothers cry. What have you done towards the issue at hand? You are a bloody hypocrite. You've not done any thing including writing something against the terrorists attacking our country then someone sings sings about it you turn to a critic without a sense of direction. Stop pushing to be noticed! Doroidiot!
DeleteAnon 3 27 yes I planned to invite him to some events, somehow his friends even know about it and I won't mention my name, but with this I will never ever, this is wrong,it's not good at all
DeleteYou don't run every naija event if u won't SOMEONE else will
DeleteOh shut up. The song is quite nice and am impressed he came up with this in 72hours. This song is solidarity and not to make a mockery of anyone. Even if his mind was to do so, this song is in support of the first lady. And if she listens to it herself she wouldn't dare say he mocked her. This song will go down her history for as long as Nigeria is in existence. Its a master piece and I salute omoba. Who is he by the way??
DeleteSo I jst watched d video of mama peace,n i don't get y ppl r so emotional.
ReplyDeleteAm sori buh I don't get it was she blaming d principal? Like seriously? She said "there is God o,all dis blood u ppl r sharing, there is God o" n she said dat cos princi didn't come wit 2 teachers. Pls abeg ppl shd look at d main issue here n not dat they r mocking her. Is d fact dat she's being mocked an issue here? D mother of those girls will choose to mocked all so they can av their daughters back.
Stellz don't apologise for notin abeg,u didn't create dat pic n she wasn't crying dat d girls haven't been found, buh dat d princi didn't bring 2 teachers,is dat wat will bring d girls? Mtchew

ReplyDeleteHere's a link of d video,so those dat didn't watch n r assuming or crying dat ppl r mocking her becos she was emotional abt d girls can see wat rly happened
Pls Pls Pls enough of Dis cock and bull story about not all our mothers can make good sentence, my mum is not educated, she can hardly speak good pidgin english but if again happens to be a public figure tomorrow she will get all De help she needs to be brushed up. For De love of God De first lady has De best professors at De back of her hand y can't she make use of them,y do u want me to keep swallowing Dis non stop exhibition of illiteracy from her, It's she handicapped? I think pride is keeping her from getting proper training bcos as far as I know she has De resources, So stop applauding her, she is representing Dis country for God's sake. She should stop embarrassing her person gesss.
ReplyDeleteIs it her English or Boko Haram that is our problem in this country? If a bomb explodes near where you live, what would be your priority? The English or the terrorists? Besides, it's "Is she handicapped?" not "It's she handicapped?" and what's with the usage of "de" instead of "the"? Correct yourself before others.
DeleteEhen so now dat I've said wats on my mind lemme click d link then come back n comment if I'll av any
ReplyDeleteTheir mothers will surely cry as they made Mama Peace cry...shekau n his people will never knw peace/happinex in their lives in Jesus name.wicked people!!! ~•.•SDK ADDICT•.•~
ReplyDeleteU didn't make fun of her, it's just a pointer that FL needs to live up to our expectations in all ramifications.
ReplyDeleteIt's a wake up call if she hadn't dimd it necessary to convey her tots n speeches d way a FL should.
It is absolutely disheartening hearing FL talk like dat on national TV when Nigeria is known to be a learned country and YES it's overly important that our FL portrays our image as such.
English is our official language and it's a disaster when d FL finds it unnecessary to live up to the standard.
Don't be sorry Stella, d post was necessary!
people act differently to situations, I guess Mama Peace was overwhelmed by the whole situation, I saw a distraught mother that day. #bringbackourgirls.
ReplyDeleteI actually like the song. Pun or no pun intended by Omobaba, it is an interesting song
ReplyDeleteLet's stop mocking her, we all have parents, and we are not better. Plssssss
ReplyDeleteThank you SDK for making that clear. I appreciate. #fanforlife.
ReplyDeleteOya I love u agn Stella. Take kiss.
ReplyDeleteStella apology accepted. I think Nigerians are just touchy and irritated at the sad situation going on in the country presently, hence the reason why so many people on the blog were almost raining generational curse on you and others.
ReplyDeleteI respect Mama Peace a lot, and am not trying to be judgemental but at the same time. I think she really needs to work on her English Language as a public figure who so many young women look up to.#letscallaspadeaspade #enoughsaid
#bringbackourgirls
Do you think it is easy to learn a second language as an adult?
Delete@ 12:15 you took those words right out of my mouth, if we all remember Hajia Turai at her first appearance as the first lady she could bearly make a proper sentence in English after which she went off the radar just for her to return having been well brushed up and speaking with confidence. To me that's a woman of substance whose carried her husbands dream as hers.
ReplyDeleteStella, why did my comment enter a strange blog cos I wanted to listen to diaris God latest music'?....hmmm Stella diaris God o,u can go and lift my comment from there, cos dey no dey broadcast news two times##okbye
ReplyDeletepls is speaking ENGLISH a must, wen germany president/pm was addressing OBama she spoke in german n d was a translator so y force English down our throat.even 90 percent of americans cnt speak good English.
