Baby With No Name - High Court Makes Call For Adoption.

A baby with no name is to be placed for adoption after a High Court judge highlighted concerns about his father's hostility to social workers.

Mrs Justice Parker heard the father of the five-month-old boy had assaulted one social worker and threatened to kill another.
She said she was worried about the baby's mother who has a learning difficulty.
She also said she was "troubled" by the decision not to name the child.
'Emotionally harmful'
The father who appeared to have become frustrated by what he saw as an "invasive" approach by Hertfordshire County Council social services, could be "dangerous" the judge said.
She said she thought it "emotionally harmful" not to give a child a name.
At a family court in Watford Mrs Justice Parker accepted that the couple loved the baby and described the case as "terribly sad".
But she concluded that the combination of the father's hostility and the mother's vulnerability created a high risk of the boy suffering significant emotional harm, and a possibility of him being caught up in violence.
She said the couple's two-year-old son had been taken into care last year after another judge raised similar fears and described the father's behaviour towards social services staff as "dangerous".
She said the five-month-old baby had been taken into interim care days after his birth, pending a final court ruling on his future.
The mother, who cannot be identified, said that was why they had not named the child.
She said she and her partner aim to challenge Mrs Justice Parker's ruling at the Court of Appeal. - BBC

    1. As in! It is well...On the issue of those looking for the fruit of the womb tho, I just discovered that people are being ripped off for IVF procedure in Naija. There is a doctor from France in one of the W/A french speaking countries that carries it out successfully in her hospital for about 15 percent of what one hospital on the Island charges. I was shocked at this discovery..... why are Africans so mean to each other? She has new and way more advanced equipment yet she doesn't charge as much.

    1. I'll advise you go to the one outside Nigeria. The only downside to that one is that you'll be subjected to various stages of tests *meaning you have to travel frequently* before the final procedure and she is strict with her time tables. From what I have gathered about the doctor is that she has had a 99 percent success rate so far. Plus it's a lot more affordable.
