      So not true. I live in Owerri. This man has done absolutely NOTHING to better the lot of the state or her citizens. All he and his cohorts do is sell out all the land in Imo state to themselves and their cronies, paint round abouts, embark on half-baked road construction projects...and I'm not even an indigene or an ibo girl for that matter so I'm not speaking from a biased place.
