      I was very hot tempered too. I didn't n still don't taLk a lot,so anger was a way to let off steam. I got married very early in life n in my first preg,I did something that scared even me. After that,I asked God for ONE thing.I said,pls Lord,remove this anger frm me.I cried I pray n at last,d anger left. Now,I don't get angry,even if I do I count up to 10 b4 saying or doing anything. It works wonders.

      3.If you feel angry,count from one to ten,then backwards,then if u can,cry. Tears cleanse.
