The amount of money used for our presidents daughters wedding by the president and the guests could bring in private military contractors to train our army and police on how to do their jobs. Its not just about carrying gun and shooting, if you dont have the skill, you dont have it.
The average Us Marine or Seal or Israeli soldier dont waste bullets like our soldiers (one/ two bullet to one kill) unlike our own because of continuous training; in Nigeria someone is eating that training budget.
