      Happy Birthday Abiola. Today it's my own birthday too, I'm happy for the gift of life. I remembered one of my birthday that I had to eat rice with ordinary palmoil, another one that I told my mum that today is my birthday and said" atleast your breast is now coming out" so I should go out and find sumtin for myself. I suffered alot of abuse from my parent till I was about 16, they always stripped me naked and give me the beating of my life whenever I do sumtin wrong because then I was asthmatic and very smallish in stature. I knew they wish me dead then because I looked somehow then, when there's a family gathering my mum doesn't like people to see me with her. To cut a long story shot, my asthma attack stopped. Then I started to add weight because they had no money for my waec , I decided to work at 17 and saved money for my Gce,

      After lot's of struggle I met my partner, and in 2005 by God's grace he applied for my uk visa. Now I'm a mum of two kids in London but most times I'm sad, even when my partner says he loves me I don't believe him. My parents now want a relationship with me but no matter how I tried I just can't get those horrible days out of my mind. Till now I always have suicidal thought. Lord place help me to see how beautiful my life is. Now I'm extremely beautiful, guys don't give me breathing space any where I go but still I have low self esteem. Maybe its because of where I'm coming from.

    Stella, i went to a part of abuja u will never believe existed yesterday. Sabon kawu after bwari.
    D place is abt 3hrs drive from d city centre. D road was so bad dat i had to down a whole sachet of panadol extra before sleeping nd my body still aches like crazy.
    No road, no good schools, no electricity, no network, no water ha!
    D women in my church went wit wrappers, dis 1200 wrappers dat has many colours on it. U need to see the joy on their faces wen they collected d wrappers.
