MYTH VERSUS REALITY.
-Breastfeeding under stress affects the baby and thus leads to a child always easily stressed up - Reality.
-Breastfeeding and always shouting leads to a child who always shouts instead of talking...
-Breastfeeding when you are very upset leads to a very angry child who gets angry for no reason.
-breastfeeding and planning evil in your mind leads to filling up your child with negative thoughts
Whatever emotions you put into your child during breastfeeding is what the child will give back to society.
Women,it starts with you, please show your child love unadulterated right from the breastfeeding stage and they will give back positivity.
Story!!....na lie abeg...
ReplyDeleteNa true o! True talk.
DeleteStella pls tell me it's not true. Could it be the reason my child shouts?
ReplyDelete#surprised#
I'm sure this is true, cos children learn everything from their parents and environment, in their developmental years. Whether we know it or not, they are very sensitive beings and often pick up on our emotions, mannerisms and other subtle nuances. So I'll say yes, a lot of the above is probably true.

ReplyDeleteStella thanks so much for this info, from my experience, you are very right, my last baby is 14 mnths and hardly laughs, if he is not in the mode no matter your play or even tickle , no
ReplyDeleteWay, he won't laugh, rather he will get angry if you continue, why? through out the pregnancy and even when I put to bed thro cs, my once caring hubby became something else becos of a demonize side chick, I slept with tears and woke up with tears, I was so abused physically and emotionally that as I survive and alive today is by the mercy of God. (cutting it short) Eventually God stepped in and healing of my 14 yrs marriage began, today is only HIM that takes the glory for healing my wounds and bringing hubby back to his senses BUT the effect of crying out of deep hurts while breastfeeding our baby is what makes me to share this,(I know God will perfect His healing in our baby).
Thanks Stella it is educating

If people only knew how thoughts and emotions drive a lot of what happens in their life, they would really care about what they think about and the emotions they let inhabit them.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know this... thank you for the useful information
ReplyDeleteone then wonders the emotions the mothers of most Nigerian politicians had while breastfeeding them....
