Basketmouth Assaults Hospital Patient.....From Skit To Reality Check
Beautiful skit from Comedian Basket Mouth...really funny but it also tells us a story....Reality check story!
This might be a skit but i am sure there are Doctors who do this?some Doctors even suffer severe hard on whilst dealing with their female patients....LOL..
I know some men who do not allow their women see male Doctors at all....

Yes ke! Especially when you have to go through Ivf.na so you go raise. Leg up at different stages of the process....doctors have seen enough,responsible ones are not moved.

DeleteLie down and open legs story ke? Yes na when going for regular women check up the gynecologist, you must open leg na! No be so one foolish doctor wey I tell say one side of my belly hurts! I remember I was just 15 still new into the womens world, it was actually my ovulation period, did n't realise the whole thing at that tym. The foolish doc asked me to take out everything he wants to check under! I said what? Me pepper take out what! Na so I leave that place kiakia no even waste tym seff.

Deletethat was how my doctor kept fingering me and kept giving me dates that were close,before i knew it one hand was on my nipples and one hand fingering me,he almost fucked me sef..after i climaxed i never went back.he kept calling till i threatened to expose him...basketmouth hit the nail on the head.

DeleteStella,no be small thing,l had a doctor once,anytime l go there for check up, the next time I hear is get undressed, lie down n spread your legs,l felt it was normal cos I was doing some hormonal / fertility treatments then,i was always having pains in my lower abdomen, one day l had very slight pain,went to the hospital wit my hubby only for him ask me to pull off,l complied,he was literally caressing my clotoris,only for me to turn and he was fully erected and eyes closed, l had to push him away, wear my clothes and stormed out angrily insulting him and left my hubby shocked to his marrow cos of the revelation ,his excuse? I was too tight for his hands to enter to check,my regret? He was a close friend to my husband,l felt I was in good hands never knew he had a crush on me,this is someone who is so religiously religious,l never went there again,changed hospital and got results in a shorter period sef

In ma school's medical center the doctor asked ma who went there cos she was having unnecessary spottings to open ha legs and he inserted his gloved fingers.
thinking it was a normal procedure, ma aroused fwend endured d whole stuff and d doc said he was tryn to turn ha womb d right direction since it was turned upwards
lookn closely at him ma fwend saw dat he just got d satisfaction he wanted.
Many oda ppl shared d same story and he has long been sacked
Hmm, never had doctor issues. Had a surgery once on my breast and it was an elderly man(should be between 55 and 65) and I was very comfortable with him. Now my gynea is an elderly man too and he always makes me feel comfy. When I wanted to do a pap smear, he asked a lady nurse to collect the sample.

ReplyDeleteMany terrible things may happen out there but I feel bad my profession is, for whatever reasons, painted so horridly. It is clearly UNETHICAL and INHUMAN for a doctor to take undue advantage of the TRUST and RESPECT his patients have for him.
Please be reassured that such an incidence in reality would rather be the exception than the norm.
Every woman MUST know they have the right to refuse ANY FORM OF PHYSICAL EXAMINATION by a male doctor without the presence of a CHAPERON, who must be a FEMALE- nurse or doctor (or a nurse assistant). In fact, they MUST SCREAM BLUE MURDER!
There is ABSOLUTELY no NEED for touching, let alone caressing, a female patient's clitoris during a "ROUTINE" CLINICAL VAGINAL EXAMINATION.
Please mind where you go for clinical consultations and never forget you reserve the right to be told in "simple English" (or whatever language of communication you prefer) every detail of the plan of the doctor at each point during the consultation. In fact, NEVER even accept any drugs from a hospital/clinic without the name and dosage of the medication as well as the name of the person the medication is for VIVIDLY WRITTEN on the pack/dispensing envelopes.

It's ok for u to say we should not let a doctor assault us but d last one on d details of what d doctor wants to do, d drug and blah blah blah does not work here, at least not in national hospital,garki hospital and kingscare hospitals in abuja where I have experienced Infact yesterday my mum was operated on and though we know what's wrong with her, getting someone to explain what the surgery procedure will be like was a problem.i had a surgery at kingscare hospital that I can't still say what exactly was done inside my tummy. Once u ask them, u don commit. Lol

DeleteIt happens in those local clinics. Go to any good hospital and a male doctor examines a female in the presence of a female nurse or assistant. That it is the way it should be. In Nisa premier in Abuja, only female nurses take samples of women and in Diff hospital, the doctor examines you in the presence of a female assistant.

ReplyDeleteI remember this young doctor who always looks at me in a funny way whenever I go for antenatal while pregnant with my first child.
I always notice him staring at me and it always made me uncomfortable. Tho luckyly he never attended to me.
The day I entered labour, he was on duty. As I settled into my room, this small boy doctor came to my room alone, without a nurse and I was also alone, hubby was outside making some calls. This small boy doctor then told me to undress that he wants to examine me. You need to see the smile on his face as he was saying it...evil.
Upon I was in labour,I still had the feeling that his mind was not clean. I bluntly refused. He was still insisting saying it's for my own good. Before I knew it he started massaging my legs. I had to quickly press the emergency bell by my bed and the matron came in. She asked me what was wrong and I told her to please get me a real doctor.
She somehow understood what I meant and called an elderly doctor for me. The elderly man followed due process, he came with 2 nurses, he even had to take permision from hubby before examining me to see how far I have dilated. I felt more comfortable with him.
The funny part was that the young doctor started vexing. After a few minuets this small boy came again to my room,alone as usual saying he wants to examine me again. Hian! Na by force?
Na that time I vex, with the labour pains I just shouted at him to get out of my room. That who does he want to examine? His mother?
The boy quickly left. I never saw him again till I had my baby and left the hospital.
The humiliations we have to go thru because we are women. SMH
something similar happened to me 3years back.. i had this really bad asthmatic attack, and couldn't breathe.. so i was rushed to the school clinic around 11:30pm, the clothes i wore were like 3 and no bra underneath cos i felt i could pull thru till the following day. so when this particular doctor attended to me he had to tell me to pull off.. and i'm busty... i had no choice, cos i was already weak.. even though he started using the stetoscope from my back he later moved to the front. did his job and left..i was a bit embarrassed and since he put up a straight face, i pushed it out. one thing told me he'd wank in his room later that night.. bare fresh boobs on a cold harmattan night for FREE..

ReplyDeleteMehn Stella ma own experience sha! I had an infection in my Vagina o! Went 2 see a doc. He sd I Wd do a swap abi na swab test. Ok nau e say Mk I lie dwn open ma legs. Tot he Wd jst put d cotton bud insid, tk a sample of d dischrg dts all. Na so d doc lock door for back o, e chook am, chook am ehhhhh, strtd askn stupid questions. Hw long does it tk 4 me 2 get wet n all. He ws rubbn ma ass as e ws tkn d sample. Wen I see say his Unc D was alrdy standn at attention, I strtd formin asthmatic patient o! D doc cm stop! Men sha!!!
ReplyDeleteI think the problem is that in nigeria there is still alot of neglect in supervising proffessionals to ensure strict compliance with ethics of the proffession.....luckily most gyne hospitals run by trained proffessionals never allow examining female patient without a female nurse.....the nurse covers your waist down with a cloth and inserts the scanner......the doctor just comes to do the rest......mind where you go to and always demand that someone else is present during the examination......we allow people get away with too much.....i always ask questions and demand to know what am given or what is being done......call it oversabi but i have stopped the administration of a wrong medication cos of that so be wise...

ReplyDeletei have never gone for vagina examination.there was a time i went to breast examination at nnpc medical center in abj i was so enbarrased though the gynae did his job well no problem at all but my breast was being examined by so many men from gynae to CMD to the guys that scan in national hosp to surgeon sef they all did examination but i think all this people are use to it.that what i think but there are always bad head especially in teaching hosps
ReplyDeleteIt happened to me a very long time ago, went to the hospital because i had UTI, and the stupid doctor asked me to lie down and spread my legs that he needed to clean me up with some anticeptic, told the nurse to go get it, and he now inserted his hand into my vagina and said it was better for me to be wet so that the bacterial could be better dealt with, at a point the asshole said he could use his "p" to assist me and that was when i realized he was taking advantage of me and i shoved him off,got up and abused the living day light out of him, he knelt down and was begging me when i said i would report him to the Medical director and Medical association..... since then apart from when i had my 3 children i avoid male doctors.

ReplyDeleteMy dear I don't just take anything tha doc gives me I had a miscarriage in 2009 and there was no evaquation there was a retained friud. That didn't go out then I started having pains my husband took me to federal staff clinic the doc I saw the first day recommended scan and other test I did the scan and test d doc I saw was now a different doc he just wrote drugs for me and said I shoul go and buy drug when I asked him what was wrong with me he just said I should just go and buy my drugs o boy NA there they know sy person come hospital I told him he must explain to me what my problem was NA the doc wey do the scan help explain because from all indication he doest know what the scan said I no go back there again. When u go to hospital is ur righ to ask all the whole questions concerning ur health and to get all the answers.
ReplyDeletePart of d problem is dat nigerians dont knw their rights. A patient has d right 2 knw wat is been done 2 her or him. She or he has d right 2 kn d medications been given and d procedures been carried out on them. Ask ur doctor questions, u v dat right. A female patient shld not be examined by a male doctor in d absence of a female nurse or female chaperone. I am a female doctor and I am sorry 4 wat my fellow women have gone thru in d hands of some ill mannered male doctors. Pls be careful.
ReplyDeleteAfter my first child i got pregnant 5 months after delivering so I had to abort it coz my baby is just five months so I went to my family hosp, and dere is dis young doc in d hosp always looking at my ass anytime I come for checkup then, on dat very day he was d only doc available so he has to do d d&c na. Hmmmmmm he ask if I want an injection so I wouldn't feel pains I accepted den he inject me was unconscious tru out d flushing after dat d next thing I knw was dis doctor fucking me after dat he called my sis dat I came wit to help me up and we sud go home. D next day I went back to hosp come see fight don't knw whr d strength came frm, chaiii I disgraced d doc dat day o
ReplyDeleteI work in a hospital and the doctors give us tales of what goes on in the consulting rooms and labour wards. Some doctors are irresponsible I tell you. I've had an experience too,was on a surgery table just when the anaethetic was wearing off and d stupid doctor was sucking my boobs,I was still slightly unconscious so I couldn't do anything about it. Doctors make una change o!
