A 34year old man is having sex with a 9year old girl and i am squatting with them...How do i tell the girls guardian?

I have an issue that is seriously bothering me and would love to get advice on what to do from other SDK readers.
I am currently doing my one year service( NYSC) in Lagos and I live with my friend in her elder sisters house as she's married wit 2 boys and a little girl of 9yrs that assists her in taking care of her kids.
Earlier this year the husbands younger Brother who is 34yrs of age joined us in her home in search of jobs in Lagos, though I hardly see him go out in search of job only on most cases he goes out to Play Poll or baba ijebu. Yesterday i was in the bathroom while the little girl was bathing and I noticed she didn't want to wash her private part, and when I asked her to she said she was having pains there.
I asked her if she fell down, as it may cause her pain she said no but I could see it in her face that she's probably hiding something,i pressurized her even lied to her that if she doesn't tell me the cause of the pain she could die, she finally opened up to me that the husbands younger brother has been violating her sexually, she said he's done it to her thrice. She said most times at night while washing the dishes he comes to the kitchen touching her body,then tells her the numerous girls he's had sex with.
I want to tell my friends elder sister of what he's done, but my fear is she might arrest her Brother- in-law as she's a police officer and probably ask him never to come to her home again . I don't want it to look like I made them chase him out of his own brother's house. Please how do I handle this?
