Its still bad here. Long queue im all the filling stations that are selling fuel.
ReplyDeleteAunty stella, its still d same in kwara state o. NNPC sell 97 per litre bt d queue is killing. Others 115, 118, 120. My question is y is everyone quiet abt it? Wat exactly is goin on in dis country? Jonathan nd his pple v rily made life hellish 4 demselves nd nt us. God is watching us all
ReplyDeleteI honestly dont know why everyone is quiet about it. Its a distraction by the government. Its deliberate. When we are busy struggling to get fuel we wont have time to abuse Jona.
DeleteAn average Nigerian is used to getting things by hustling and bustling; there is fuel but you have to patient and join the long cue before you can buy.we are silent because the problem only affects the poor, we silent because some can now get easy access to fuel in their localities;Nigerians don't usually speak up except its a collective problem; we have always been that way;bad governance and gullible followers.
ReplyDeleteUr english sef, hian, just because u want to sharply comment
DeleteMy area is selling 150 now..used to be 180 or 170 since the scarcity started...dunno if I should say its a progress report or not but damn the 95 nairA per liter made things a lil bit owkay cos with #200 u can jejely get 2 litres to use for the night..smh for 9ja

ReplyDeleteIf I hear say no scarcity for Abj...Ma dear dere is ooooh in Abj
DeleteIts d same as anon 7.15am said.if u dnt want to join d queue for 97naira then buy at 115 or 120naira .Baffles me too y evri1 is quiet.fed up of ds nation sef.God helpy country o

ReplyDeleteOando at Egbeda is really trying. Still sells at N97. Bought fuel without hassles 2 days ago
ReplyDeleteOluyomi Odukoya
Really??....chai,but Egbeda is far ohh...
DeleteStella pls I really don't mind that little increase in price of fuel compared to increase in electricity bill. How can my bill rise from N1250 to N6500 per month and the electricity sef, I no see. Is it just me?
ReplyDeleteItz called Crazy bill...you shud look for a trustworthy nepa official to help you rectify it..most of them are thieves o..be careful when you go.
DeleteIt wasnt so bad yesterday in Lekki. Though they refused to sell into kegs. They will tell you to go and bring your generator. Not fair. They want to increase the fuel price I suspect. I live on generator in my office 247.
ReplyDeleteMeaning, we have to carry our generator to the petrol station. Not funny.
Nigerians are used to suffering and smiling ..what do we do? Do we March to aso rock for protest and get risk bin jailed or shot? Those who lost their lives during fuel subsidy era what happened to them? Everyman for himself , we buy for 110 per litre ,its well with Nigeria oh! U wey dey abroad dey ask us why we quiet? Oya come help us carry placard now? Abeg my sister na prayer get us no b gra gra

ReplyDeleteI remember one of my brothers calling me last week and complaining bitterly, things we take for-granted in Europe.
ReplyDeleteSince the house of reps and senate had put pressure on the minister for petroleum to account for every little detail concerning petroleum products imported into the country, this is the result we are getting, which is scarcity,The minister and her team had devised a way to make sure petrol gets to every corner of the nation , being the right way or not. But her methods have come back to haunt the ministry. Now they have decided to go by the book, the way Nigerians want it,these are the results we are getting long queues etc and trust me it will continue like this till God knows when, so guys brace yourselves,we are in for a bumpy ride!
ReplyDelete@correct itsekiri babe....you dey wait for people wey dey obodo oyinbo to come help you carry placard? you never serious. For things to get as him be for abroad, a lot of people, wey dey live inside the countries wey problem dey, did something about it themselves e.g Martin Luther King. But oh noooo, not Nigerians, always looking for handouts....make una siddon there dey suffer now....shior. Una leaders know say una no get balls that's why they will continue to treat una less than animals....
ReplyDeleteStella the mega stations in Warri sell for 97 naira but with long queue, and they don't sell everyday, while other stations sell for 130
ReplyDeleteBought fuel at 115 a while ago in Ibadan, I tried reporting the incident to the PPPRA but as expected after typing the long complaint, I got an error message after clicking send. Where then is the silver lining. A.A
ReplyDeleteI just bought fuel at forte filling station, just before abraham adesanya estate. No queue nothing. By the way, all the stations in lekki before I got to ajah were selling normal. Maybe there's fuel now?
