University Of Abuja Law Students Having Lectures On The Floor...
These are LAW students UNIVERSITY OF ABUJA having lectures last week....
The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria needs to take a look at this picture and either look away or do the right thing....Yes,i said the President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.
when did we get to this dilapidated stage of Education?
I go down on my knees and weep for the motherland.......I weep, weep, weep, weep and ask God to deal with the people who raped Education in Nigeria....
I ask God to serve Judgement here on earth to those who are giving our national treasury a blow job daily and spitting what they milk out into their own pockets.
Judgement must be served hot....here on earth!

I am wailing.
Ah! Nigeria! O ma se o!
cant believe dis, may na joke o sometin, the rot in our educational system keeps escalating, thought dis onli happended in public primary and secondary schools...........jah help us
DeleteMan that uses snake to have s*x....
I join you to weep too..."sniffing". I am number one on the WEEP line, join the queue. Such degradation...
ReplyDeleteJust floor and ure wailing n weeping??
ReplyDeleteNa wah for u oh stella.
D floor is even carpet covered.
Same Uni has had cases of conducting hour long lectures in the open,I mean under that Abuja scorching sun.
UniAbj is a glorified sec. School.
Thank God GEJ has given ASUU billions of naira to restructure all these.
Wow!!..a whole Uniabuja...unbelivable...things are getting worse...
ReplyDeleteOur past leaders embezzled the funds allocated to the educational sector....so much for Goodluck, but he needs time cos dis problems have bin dere since 1960..time is needed...all must be well....
ReplyDeleteThat's just the truth...GEJ cnt do everything, most of this ish have always been there, but thanks to social media ppl are informed
DeleteBut really how many would GEJ do, plane crash na him, school na him, let's be more realistic, there's no money for all that
If nigerians are really srz, some succesful alumni who have a lot of money can also contribute, In abj ABU zaria alumni always contribute to the school no matter how much, I mean the big men and women, Sanusi included
Abu isn't so clean or any better but atleast they try to renovate even though it takes them a long time they still do
Stop shouting my alma matter and contribute, even if its 2k each it would go a long way, cus there's no money in the budget for all the problems in nigeria
Stella I agree witg you. You have a way with words kudos. God is not dead neither is he asleep, he sees all and will defo deal with these robbers called our leaders
ReplyDeleteSerioulsy,If there's something that shouldn't be joked with? Its definitely Education,Health Care,Security,Food and Good Road....Nigeria has lost these focus. The only thing our leaders are interested in is 2015 election when so many things are still left undone.@ 50+ of Nigeria, our politicians still do campaign promises of "We will build roads","We will build schools" etc....@ dis stage? While the ones we have are in deep shit.*smh*
ReplyDelete@Aguwa and LIGHT too!
DeleteNawa oo...No infrastructural facilities in our schools again?
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the reasons Asuu went on strike and I sense another strike coming up soon cos government is yet to fulfill their agreement wf Asuu
Its only God that can intervene in the situation of our country
Nigeria!!!ts country get serious wahala evrywr.Abegi someone should help me beg PHCN to pay my dad and other colleagues what they are oweing. They will pay some people and leave the rest to suffer. These men and women are old and peoples parents. Why suffer them like ts?some have even died along the way due to the stress and frustration.Today they were at Ph.Most of them are looking for their names they saw the last time.It is obvious some wicked people want to eat the money. But is not possible.God will fight for his people. You can never reap where you did not sow.Abegi pardon my English.is too painful.

ReplyDeleteHahahahaha! Stella you won't kill me! But come to think of it,is it not our faults that they continue to give that "blow job"? I am tired of complaining joor! The youths of this country are not ready for a change PERIOD!
ReplyDeleteStella got me cracked up #lol# oh! B4 I forget I need to say amen to ur prayers ,so Amen!
ReplyDeleteBLOG ANALYSER: I believe this is one of those lecturers asking their students to come in to office for lectures.
ReplyDeleteAre you actually weeping? I'm Indifferent because this isn't shocking. Na Naija things. I'd rather weep for that Mrs. Doctor whose husband is such a dog.
ReplyDelete... And to think that I used to assume UNIABUJA is one of the best Fed Uni in the country.
ReplyDeleteNot surprised sha.
Dis is bad.. Chai Nigeria
ReplyDeleteAh ah! I thought dr ws a time they scrapd out law in uni abj? Oma se o!
ReplyDeleteDistance learning law was scraped not full time
DeleteHa!
ReplyDeleteWow! This is my alma mater ....ooooo wey Waziri and co? Too bad.
ReplyDeleteamen to ur prayers, all dis politicians dont have d fear of God in them
ReplyDeleteThis even better, I graduated from that useless school, we receive lectures on convocation ground standing. This picture was taken from indoor theatre at least it has a rug, dirty though and polished wooden walls. I received lectures in my time right under the sun, stood all through
ReplyDeleteGod bless Nigeria, University of Abuja and nowhere else

Stella this is no news no one that went to a federal or worse state school won't know student seat on the floor to receive lectures some even stand if u are lucky inside the hall some can stand outside the hall, that is what we are faced with in 9ja o
ReplyDeleteThese ones dem own beta nau_dem even get rug una dey complain.
ReplyDeleteHahahaha, aunty stella, u aint seen nothing in that school. Law students are the comfortable ones sef. U need to see other depts in the mini campus have lectures in those minute classrooms. Ul weep. No space to even sit on d floor. We sit on windows and stand the risk of falling downstairs, no air, plus d bad heat in gwagwalada, dnt even get me started on the condition of things in that school. We SUFFERED I SWEAR. Thank God im done from there.
ReplyDeleteEhen!! sitting on windows and risk falling downstairs??rme..and I thought I suffered in UNN..I have a permanent scar on my back that I "acquired" in my year two. Thanks to one of the many dilapidated seats in d G.S theatre. I don't know d condition of that place now cos I ve long graduated. The government shld pls come to the aid of most,if not all, federal/state schools in d area of infrastructure.

DeleteAda my dear, dt I dint fall downstairs was a miracle oh. And if u got the window seat bk then, you were even among the lucky ones dt got fresh air. Law students r the comfortable ones oh. Aunty stella needs to see a picture of a normal classroom. This ppl r even enjoying themselves in indoor theatre.
DeleteThat school should be closed down asap and students transferred to another university! How would someone assimilate in that kind of condition? I wonder when we'll get our priorities right! Instead of government to revamp the universities, they are establishing more. The rot in our educational system is just too much! The one wey my eye been see for unaab self no be small! Smh4 vision 20:2020
ReplyDeleteStella's articulate way of writing is legendary. I bet GEJ won't read ds with a straight face #blowjob #milk. I'm out! Loooool.
ReplyDeleteSDK walahi you just crack me with laughter.... Your sense of Journalism is extaordinary. What a shame!!!! National Disgrace! University in the Federal Capital at that. I Pray PGEJ looks into this Hot Mess.
ReplyDeleteNa 2day?
ReplyDeleteMtshew!
Wallahi it's extremely pathetic n gory...sometimes I wonder if Nigeria will ever get beta....Remember dis same Jonathan had no shoes b4 o bt nw it seems he has no clue....he was 4rm a humble background like most of us bt wetin dey happen nw?...Him don 4get! D system is just bad....our orientation is corrupt ....our enlightenment completely poor. Trust me, 99% of dis students will 4get dat dey sat on d floor if dey r opportune 2 sit in Jonathan's place ryt nw cos d average naija man bliv in 'chop I chop'. Tak d case of Reuben Abati 4 instance. Who will ever bliv dat he was once against d same government he is now 'voltroning' for?....I don't wanna sound pessimistic bt naija's case luk hopeless. It is well sha cos God dey!
ReplyDeleteYaron Allah
Wonderful comment, you have said it all.
DeleteHmmmm....! It is well.
ReplyDeletehaba, can this be realllllllllllllll?
ReplyDeleteMy goodness!!
ReplyDeleteThat school has suffered, even after over 10yrs of award of contract for the building of the permanent site, theyv not been able to complete it.!
Is this for real?? Haba naija!
ReplyDeleteGod have mercy! Even in the FCT, what a shame
ReplyDeleteHonestly! I always thought it will have a state of the art facilities being in FCT. How wrong!
DeleteJudgement to them giving 9ja a BJ n blowing out the life giving fluid instead of swallowing.
ReplyDeleteWoa!!! Is this what we've reduced ourselves to in Nigeria?! God almighty please intervene....smh
ReplyDeleteIt will be terrible if a god start the judgement here on earth. Stella I am so much surprise looking at this. Where is Mama Peace and Mama Peace. Hope they will allow peace to reign in this whole capital territory university
ReplyDeleteHaba where is my comment? Shoo .only for naija blog comment dey disappear or wait for approval
ReplyDeleteMy alma mater this one Na small thing. They even had rug to sit on. Big shout out to Economics 2004 set. We were over 400 students and most times we have our lectures in classrooms built for 50 students max. Hostels nko? 13 people living in a room barely enough for 4. Another shout out to my hostel mates. I rep New hostel unit 8. E go better my people.
ReplyDeleteE go better
DeleteSmh a whole uni abj. proud to be a lioness joor.
ReplyDeleteNne I join u. All these are strange in a Univ. I don't know about now, but during my time, we had enough seats. In short, no one ever complained of lack of seat or seating on the floor to receive lecture kwa? Haba! Hostel sef na four to a room, unless u wan squat then you have like x2 if all roommates decide to squat. Great Lioness my alma mater. But alas politics don de wire the school now I hear. Dog eat dog world over there now.
Delete* Great UNN my alma mater*
DeleteI don't get it,dont d students pay sch fees? Y can't sch put chairs in d class?
ReplyDeleteNa everything Jona go do?una wan kill d man? As for those eating our money now make dem continue o,wen we reach we sef go chop, nor be my turn e go stop
Jona can't see this he is too busy fighting for second term and pardoning the rogues that are his supporters.ASSU was very right with their fight against the goverment,i can't imagine how many hours will a student be able gain anything meanifull under that terible conditions and that is a school in Abuja our federal capital.God willjudge them.
ReplyDeleteUniversity of Abuja is the worst of "em all. Not one single facilty is in order. Our politicians have got their kids all over Europe and they choptas not. I knw a polltician's daughter whose father gives $10k every week just for flexxing. God help us.
ReplyDeleteThis condition is not mean't for animals talk less of Humans. We have people stealing billions with pen daily but we can't afford to equip our universities and hospitals.
ReplyDeleteAre u sure they're not being punished?...coz if it were 2 b me, I'll jst stand
ReplyDelete:( speechless
ReplyDelete@ least dey re sitting on a rug compared to other depts wu hav lects on convocation ground
ReplyDeleteIs ur choice to sit or stand for 2-4hrs lect
ReplyDeleteHow did the school get accreditation to offer law. Is infrastructure not one of the criterion for course accreditation? Rose
ReplyDeleteThat carpet is filthy, look at all the dirt tracked on it. Even a few plastic lawn chairs and plastic table would have been more fitting. Is the education free? These students have paid their tuition and some have scraped, borrowed and begged to get a chance to learn and then they are subjected to these conditions. How can the brain be at ease to receive and retain knowledge under these circumstance? Somebody needs their ass kicked for this bullshit.
ReplyDeleteYou have said it all aunty..... Me self is xoxoxo lost of what to say, still in dismay...... God have mercy.... The poor getting poorer and the rich getting richer.
ReplyDelete@i_ChoPtas_Not
In Fela's voice *i sorry for Nigeria* I don weep tire sef, dry my tears join. Oh my days in Gwags still fresh. Remember the days where we have to queue for hostel accommodation. The pulling and pushing sweating under hot sun, hmmm those who have oga @ the top power don't need to join in the man o war struggle.
ReplyDeleteLectures experience na for anoda day.. Smh!
Change will come sooner or later!
This is so disgraceful!! Haba!!

Most of these universities with the exception of UI,ABU,IFE,UNN(which are all going through decay too) are glorified secondary schools.I was shocked when I got to Usman dan Fodio uni Sokoto and discovered that villagers engaged in farming are cohabiting with students!.One Uni that will suprise many in few years to come in terms of infrastructure is Lasu. The huge amount of development going there presently is mindblowing, kudos to Gov Fashola.
ReplyDeleteHa Aunty Stella, law students are the people enjoying in that school oh. You need to see a combined class of accountig, banking and business admin students (about 600 students) learning in a lecture hall containing 100 seats. Just imagine how stuffy the place wld be. The remaining 500 students are either standing or outside, few squatting. No space to sit on the floor and stretch ur legs like the law students. Uniabuja is d worst school I know. Im happy im done. I swore that even my enemies wont go there.
ReplyDeleteSo these students sit on the floor and when they arrive my house, demand for the best sofa and i-pad. I must be their muggu. next time a university chick comes to my house, she will be sleeping on the floor. Chikenah
