ReplyDeleteYes, Evi Edna was right. Jealousy is the real root of hatred. In your family if you are moving up the ladder, its a problem. Same in the office, your superior feels threatened when you are focused, among peers, its the same thing. Its good when you are motivated by your friend's acheivements but the line should be drawn jeaulosy and motivation. Hatred can lead to anything negative, pls avoid it!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteJealousy isnt a bad attribute cos even our God is a jealous God.
ReplyDeleteBut it becomes bad or evil when you let the jealous spirit control you. What you do with your jealous feelings makes it bad or good.

ReplyDeleteBrings back such vivid childhood memories...
ReplyDeleteMy best artiste as a child; unfortunately I don't even know her name until today.....the other track whose video featured an egg hawker whose merchandise was damaged and later got help was my favorite back then.......thanks so much SDK....already added this to the top of my Favorites list
ReplyDeleteYornslaw, ur head dey there. but this Edna 32 is on full display.
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing! I was looking for these songs for a long time as I didn't know the artist's name whatsoever... I was confusing her with a Jamaican Sophia George, til I searched using a part of lyrics in "I wish you happy birthday".
ReplyDeleteCan anyone give some lyrics for some of her songs!? the Pidgin-English she used is hard to catch some words, especially for the East-Africans like me ;)
Anyways, I'll be glad to see lyrics of Jealousy, Obaro, Oghene Me, and others :), thanks
