Nigerian Policeman Demand For Dollar Bribe....

watch this Nigerian police officer on camera asking a Nigerian-American returnee and two Nigerians for dollars as bribe for an imaginary traffic offence.
This incident took place in Egbeda, Lagos and was secretly filmed by someone in the car.

    Motorists also participate in this fckry everyday. They don't want to pay the fines, so they quickly give the cops a few bills to forget it even if the cops didn't ask for it. If they paid the fine it would wipe out this madness, and also generate income for the state that could be used toward improving the roads. This practice is not only unique to Nigeria, it happens all over the developing world. Just pay your ticket and keep it moving.
