Femi Fani-Kayode - Court Orders His Re-arraignment For Money Laundering.

The former Minister of Aviation is accused of 40 counts of money laundering and financial misappropriation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in transactions of over N500 million during his tenure at both the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Minister of Culture and Tourism.

A Federal High Court Judge in Lagos on Monday ruled against an application to drop the case against Femi Fani-Kayode.

Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia held that the charges were in order, and ordered that the former minister be re-arraigned on March 5th, 2014.

  7. It's rather unfortunate dt dis Jonathan's government can not tolerate opposition and criticisms. FFK has become too loud for the president to bear dts why he's ask his allies to open up a dead case. Now, I think Mr President is witch hunting him. He did d same to babalakin, Ibori, Amechi, Fashakin etc. Am beginning to think Obasanjo is right abt d "killer watch list" Jonathan is not different frm a military head of state.
