I asked some people to send me pictures of nigerian dishes they cooked today and this is what i got..lol

  27. With all these, I'd rather stick to plain old 'rice and stew'. But then, Xmas is becoming economical. I didn't cook, had to go to work today, so I ate salty white rice which my sis cooked. Wide Eyed's cake is good tho'. And the third dish...is that ekpa and eggs?

  30. Ah! Stella you didn't tell us on time to take pictures na. We cooked a lot today o cos we had a get together at home. We cooked ukwa (breadfruit) with dry fish, we cooked Nsala (white) soup with chicken, we cooked bitterleaf soup ( ofe onugbu) with beef,stockfish and thick kpomo, we also cooked white rice, stew, jellof rice, pepper chicken and goat meat pepper soup, then we made salad, poundo yam,semo and wheat. My aunt sent cake, chin chin and original ose oji (groundnut paste) yesterday.
    Phew! Today was stressful but fun. I'm glad the day went well. Glory be to God.
