ReplyDeletePls, how do u take care of natural hair so that it doesn't cut like crazy?! My hair cuts alot that a times am scared to brush it. Pls help !!
DeleteSpritz ur hair with water, then Moisturize With a leave-in conditioner and seal with an essential oil! Do this twice daily. If u're in naija and waNt to save on products use natural shea butter (ori) as the leave in, and 100% coconut oil for a sealant....they are all sold at ur nearest market. If ur hair breaks it means it is strands are devoid of moisture and/or weak so in addition to doing the above also do a protein treatment weekly- once in two weeks. An economical way to make one is to mix one-two eggs(depending on how full ur hair is) with a little of the shea butter till u get a thick liquidy Consistency....apply to washed hair and tie hair with waterproof bag.... Leave in fOr 20-30mins and then wash out....towel dry and apply ur shea butter/leav-in conditioner and seal with ur coconut oil or n e other essential oil u want( coconut is muc preferred tho cos it seals and moisturizes). Also remember to wash ur hair in sections...ie dont wash ur hair all at once..section into about 6 sections and twist each section then wash each section and then twist back....that way ur hair doesnt tangle and break. Also if ur hair is gettig too tangly... Its advised that u trim ur ends twice a yr to avoid tangles and breakages. Check out tons of youtube vids that can help u in this journey. Good luck!
