SOLAR ECLIPSE Will Happen Today In Nigeria.



Do NOT look directly at the SUN today as it can lead to permanent eye damage or blindness.
As the eclipse sets in,there will be a last string before darkness.According to Prof. Opara of the Centre for Basic Space Science, the eclipse will happen at these times:

- Lagos (12.50pm and 4.01pm)

- Ibadan (12.52pm and 4.01pm)

- Abakaliki (1.06pm and 4.09pm)

- Port Harcourt (1.03pm and 4.09pm)

- Abuja (1.03pm and 4.03pm)

- Enugu (1.04pm and 4.07pm)

- Kano (1.07pm and 4.01pm)

- Uyo (1.06pm and 4.09pm)

*Please let us know how it goes and make una try to snap am....lol

  3. I witnessed the first total eclipse of, May 20 1947, as a kid, so happy I will be witnessing this one as an adult.

  9. I think I saw oh.(Lagos @12.50pm) Separated and shone brightly. More flourescent than yellow in colour (abi?)I wear goggles go position where the sun dey shine. Brief and if u no de careful na ordinary sun go come meet.

  17. Saw it n snapped it from a puddle of water. It was rili scary. Im in ph btw. Hoping il see another by 4.The sun was shaped eexactly like d letter C

  20. I saw it with my 'naked' eyes bright sun and silver coloured crescent moon. Around 1450 hours or thereabout
