I see people or animals shouting on another animal with hands tied at his back

I see an officer who has been bestowed with the duty of maintaining law and order shouting and hitting people/animals with a whip
I see people/barbarians snapping pictures of the grotesque spectacle in their front and seemingly unperturbed by the incongruousity and irony that there is little or no difference between their thirst for the bizzare and the one committed by the chief culprit.
Lastly I see a dead child. Very dead to the world who is the object of this exhibitionism. Another animal even grabbed him from the box and placed him on the culprit's lap. It is just another "video".
I see people/animals dejected, broken, all humanity gone from them. They seem to be oblivious to the fact that they are no better than the culprit. To them this is another nollywood film; just cheaper.
