    Good on Adaora Ukoh for keeping up with the weight loss. She looks like she's doing it the healthy way which is the best chance for keeping the weight off successfully for a longer period of time. She literally has always been a big girl and she had the height to pull it off. For people like that it's easy to regress into the "I have always been fat, I have big bones mantra". So I am really genuinely impressed about her weight loss. Won't say anything about that weave though.
