Ghana's Victoria Hammah Quote On Marble
"Corrupt politicians are the reflection of a corrupt society''- Victoria Hammah
Victoria lost her Ministerial job after a leaked tape where she said she would not leave office until she makes one million dollars went viral.
Victoria is Ghanaian.....Her recorded sentence shows she planned to make that money by hook or by crook.
In Nigeria we have lots of Ministers who take public funds meant to better the lives of the masses and they turn it to their private accounts....one million dollars would be child's play compared to what they steal here in Nigeria.
No one is sacking anyone in Nigeria because stealing public funds is not a big deal..it is like saying ''Merry Christmas,ho ho ho ho''
Do you agree that the situation in Nigeria is best likened to Alibaba and the forty thieves.
*Jonathan, the shoeless fisherman's son turned president, please save Nigeria if you can.

ReplyDeleteForget Jonathan, nothing good can come from him. The only way out is for God to raise a credible candidate, and for Nigerians to have the presence of mind to vote in the right person.
Nigerians weren't this bad in the 80s but the leaders showed them out to perfect corruption. Now it has eaten deep from top to bottom. The situation is almost hopeless. In a sane Country, Otedola, Farouk, Oduah, Dieziani etc should be in jail but they are still wining and dining with the Country's leadership.
There is hope for Nigeria.
ReplyDeleteThis country must surely get better someday.
Save Nigeria from himself! Cuz na Jona and Dame steal pass! We need to go the Rawlings way, capital punishment for corrupt public officials!
ReplyDeleteAnd why is her baseless quote on marble? Mtcheww!
ReplyDeleteDats vry gud 4 her. If nah 9ja d mata go just die lyk dat,God is watching our leaders they must shurely pay 4 all d tins they hve stolen frm us....
ReplyDeleteNigerians and religion eh!,most will probably think a messiah will come 4rm heaven to rescue us,when it is clear that the power is with the people, those who are looting our resources comprises a small percentage compared to the percentage of the masses. We all should be wise
ReplyDeleteCriticizing is always easy with distant-relationships, but when it comes to our allies and benefactors, we mostly look the other way.
ReplyDeleteWe throw stones at others, but won`t even rebuke our own...
Many are on social media lashing public office holders who they have no ties with, but they are quiet when it comes to those they have ties with...
Some have turned devout sycophants in the name of loyalty...
Some have turned attack dogs because they are not in the system...
Sadly, some rant because it`s the temporal escape from idleness...
These are spanners that keeps flying into the wheel of progress.
If we truly desire change, then it is imperative for us to always question our intents and motives.
Why do you criticize?
Why do you support?
What`s your interest?
Patriotism should transcend personal interests and sentiments. You are entitled to your opinions and views, but the advancement of the society should be paramount on our minds.
Gbam!
