The quest for sustainable sanitary pads, other than the use of rags, tissue papers, newspapers and the likes by women, to manage their monthly menstrual flow has received a major boost, following a revolutionary development of a new range of sanitary pads known as DIVA.
Diva Sanitary pads is the new biggie in town and they have just unveiled Nollywood actress Stephanie Linus as the celebrity face of their product.
To this the actress who was paid monies ranging into millions says.....
“Yes I am an actor but that doesn’t mean I don’t do stuff that every woman does. I hang out with my friends and family, go watch movies and party. And I don’t let anything stop me from doing that. Divas brand vision in Africa is very straightforward, they want to enable all girls and women of today to lead a quality life and take pride in being a woman just like me. That is why I am so excited about this campaign! Through this campaign I wish to convey to every girl out there that she should not be worried when she has her period but instead move about confidently like a DIVA! “
Steph babe, how do we confirm u really use this brand of pad?
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I tired of most pads in the market now. I experience normal flow and these pads aren't so comfortable again especially since always evolved from their original rectangular design. All thise 'tinkili' ones just don't give me dt old confidence.
Stumbled upon a ghanian brand called 'YAZZ' and can say it fair. Unfortunately, it isn't sold in Nigeria.
Try Always Infinity.
DeleteI've used Yazz! Its very good. Its just difficult to find in this country
DeleteMake she use am make we see na
DeleteAlways is still d best. Datz what I use and my pant doesn't get stained. Try d one with a blue nylon nt d red one.
DeleteAlways Infinity is the best!!

ReplyDeleteAnother rubbish product from India?
Naija is their dumping ground.
Thank you my dear. I am really getting tired of this Indians who come here to peddle their wares. They are just international traders, who add no value to Nigeria. They have no manufacturing plant in Nigeria. They simply import the products here and sell them.
DeleteThey will ultimately displace the companies that actually manufacture sanitary pads such as cussons and Niger Sanitary pads, thereby forcing them to lay off employees.
Indian see Nigeria as a place to make easy money.
Who uses newspapers?
ReplyDeleteHaba!

ReplyDeleteAs long as its Indians behind the product, I'll never buy it. Slave drivers!
ReplyDeleteStella you are a Hot Mess with your humour, Newspaper keh? Ojigbijibi. This a step forward for women. As long as this product does the job it is meant for then good for women folk, no one needs leakage and let's hope the pricing is within reach, since an actor is promoting the brand. My question is why don't they include Tampons and CUPS? The CUPS are better than any of these two and there is no smell no bulk nothing! For those interested, try them out there's a brand called INSTEAD and also make Google your lover on this new info. Happy bleeding, I'm out.
ReplyDeleteSTELLA.DARLING, MY HUSBAND ENJOYS DOING ME FROM BEHIND, I LIKE IT OOO BUT NOT TOOMUCH (HIS FINGERS TOUCHING THINGS) HOW DO I START ENJOYING THIS POSITION ?NO LAUGH.NA SERIOUS MATTER.
ReplyDeleteTry feel lite, its just 2 in a pack and its N50,its the best in Nigeria today. Always is 280mm while feellite is 320mm,it runs from front to back and its really dry.
ReplyDeleteA: Is stephanie on her period?
ReplyDeleteB: Stupid question!
A: Well I'm just asking.
I AM STEPHANIE OKEREKE- LINUS.
ReplyDeleteFor your information, I only use ALWAYS. Oya post it. (One hour later) PLS, My SDK Blog account has been hacked-o! I have only used DIVA all my life. You can ask YVonne Nelson.
Very dry....ask *Mr bleeding vigina reply* for tips on how to be a blog comedian
DeleteNewspaper????!!!! Aunty Stella! U r so freaking funny! Hahahahaha!!!
ReplyDeleteStephanie is a fine girl an she dey try sha.
ReplyDeletewhat I don't understand is why she would rather be called 'Stephanie Linus' instead of 'Stephanie Idahosa'. the name Idahosa has such a beautiful meaning whereas 'Linus' reminds me of someone's gateman or house boy.
anyway, the choice is hers.
Her husband's first name is Idahosa, surname or family name is Linus(ie he is not from Idahosa family)
DeleteNow why would i stray from tampons? The best in my opinion :)
ReplyDeletePlease does any other lady experience this consistent breast itching I do, especially wen I want to see my period and sometimes wen am abt to ovulate. Plz I wan knw weda na only me make una no laugh me o
ReplyDeleteTolu was at the press conference and he was given 3packs.
ReplyDeleteThe pad is nice. Won try.
Except na indian juju dey wan take sell am cos me and indian things no fit blend ........
ReplyDeleteWhy do we let these indians rob our economy with their inferior goods,
ReplyDeleteThe thing tire me. I wrote a comment on the issue earlier and do not wish to rehash what I had already said.
DeleteI really think that the Minister of Trade and Investment and the people that work th or him really need to pay attention on what type of so called investments are coming into Nigeria. If a guy is going to come from India to peddle his wares in Nigeria, we really don't need them. They are just here to make easy money. If he is going to build a manufacturing plant in Nigeria, then we can talk.
We do not need sn Indian trader acting as the manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer. He displaces our own small scale retailer. Besides, there are companies in Nigeria like Cussons that manufacture sanitary pads. Manufacturers invest in our oen people and oay wages.
Newspaper bawo?????
ReplyDeleteBuahahahhahahahaaaa....
S to D K are you OK?????
#cant stop laughing.......hahahhahhhahhhahahahaha
How come the pictures these celebrities "papped" themselves and send to media is distinctly different from the ones taken at events like this. The Steph lady at best is a plain jane and her small saggy breasts are not easy on the eyes as revealed in these pictures.
ReplyDeleteIndians??? Even Steph looks pissed as I'm sure they paid her peanuts hahahaha! Not interested biko!
ReplyDeleteSmart Lady is d best.No itching,no mata hw long ur period stretches.
ReplyDeletePlease try brand ANGEL in the Nigerian market you will automatically feel the difference

ReplyDeletePlease try brand ANGEL in the Nigerian market you will automatically feel the difference
ReplyDeleteDear Commentators,
ReplyDeleteI happen to be member of NAFDAC (hence I prefer to remain anonymous) and was opportuned to be amongst the team that went to the company, Marley Global Ltd, for inspection of their plant and processes. This proves that the product "DIVA" is manufactured here in Nigeria. They actually have a very good setup and I think you guys should try the product. It's wholly Nigerian. You also should know that part of their agenda is the education of Nigeria girls and in doing so, arrange seminars so that they learn about how to cope with problems during menstruation. They give away samples of diva sanitary pad on a daily basis. Take my advice, make findings before making comments. Thank you.
Very interesting info !Perfect just what I was looking
