God is not asleep..if you are out there and giving up on your childless situation,please read this and be encouraged!
I have a friend named Abies.She is like my Sissy from another mama and I love her so much that when she got married and began to worry about not getting pregnant i worried with her.
I would stay awake most nights after we talked wondering why God had not answered her prayers and made her a mother.
Abies was so eager for a child that she spent millions on IVF but none pulled through.
I used to disturb her so much with the ''how far'' question and it got to a stage,she ran away from me...i pursued.
Abies has a good man who stood by her all through her years of not been preggy.
Sometime last year,i asked her the 'how far' question and she said she had decided to wait for a while before going abroad for another IVF,she couldn't immediately because of her job.
I kept bugging her and her responses sounded lame,like she had given up..I think she even talked about adopting if it didn't work and i was like ''ah no,the IVF will work,keep trying''
Sometime this year i had a dream where she was carrying a child and celebrating,i couldn't tell her because i though it would hurt her to hear such,so i kept my dream to myself.
A month after my dream,Abies informed me that she had fallen pregnant .she was in shock when she was telling me and i was so shocked i nearly faint!..how?when?how?when did she go for the IVF?
She said she didn't do anything...She was very ill and and had gone to see her Doctor and she almost fainted when he congratulated her on her pregnancy.
Abies got preggy when she least expected it!
Moral of this post is that God answers our prayers in HIS TIME,IT DOESN'T MATTER how long we pray or wait,his time frame is not ours and if we just believe a little we would not need to go through the stress we put ourselves through believing him for a miracle .
Abies brought her baby girl to bed yesterday morning after years of waiting,crying and all hope lost.
If you are believing God for the fruit of the womb,it doesn't matter how long you have waited,God is on your case as you read this and you are next.I pray that this story serves as a point of contact between you and your much awaited miracle!

DeleteNothing na. When u have an ectopic pregnancy, a surgery will be carried out on u to remove the pregnancy. U can still get pregnant afterwards, I don't think there's anything to be done.

Two months after she got pregnant and when her first son was 5 months she took in again. Chukwu ada'a laru ula! Just genuinely say to him like pastor alex omokudu "God over to You" and believe and have faith while you worship in truth and in spirit.
This topic is too close to home for me even though my wait was short, there was no action in my body at all. I go pull pant, no action. My hormones were on vacation for a long time but Baba God did it. His time is truly d best.

ReplyDeleteGood lord this is reminds me of when daddy GO asked newly delivered mothers to come out with their babies for prayers at the convention the front of the alter was full I wept and couldn't stop clapping and thanking God! It doesn't matter how long you wait the sane God of Sarah will answer the prayers of those waiting! You can also believe in the faith and attend a program at the redeemed camp every 1st Monday of the month at about 10am after divine encounter it's a short service meant for just expecting mothers trust me loads of miracles has happened a woman over 60yr old brought her boy she just gave birth to last August it was alarming mummy GO had to carry the baby! So if God can do that he will use abie's miracle for you to! Keep on believing God bless you all!

ReplyDeleteHad an in law who had to wait for 19 years though her husband had the issue ultra low sperm almost none existent. When she had given up she discovered she was pregnant at 4 month complaining of tummy aches. Then at 7 months armed robbers came to there house and in her pleading she said they hold take all the had but not harm her or any body that her pregnancy was a wait of 19 yr. the robbers gave her a few blows to the stomach after they left she went into labour . To day Oluwaseun is 14 yr Old in SS1.

Also, more stories on these problems please, whether it is fibroids, cysts, endometriosis etc. We need testimonies on how they are coping while they are waiting on God.

Thank God for his blessing in her life, children are a gift from God and His gift(s) maketh rich and addeth no sorrow!
Children are gifts that I have witnessed that NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES, HOW IMPOSSIBLE ITS BEEN DECLARED TO BE (even where you do not have womb!:o), just believe in faith that children come from God and if you ask Him, He will give you and, THEY WILL COME.
I've witnessed this over and over in my family and in friends'.
The only sad thing is really where a waiting wife's husband gets impatient, weighed down with unbelief and begins to misbehave- with a patient husband(and even without), its a spiritual journey of learning to trust God absolutely.

ReplyDeleteGod is a wondrous God. His mercies are beyond our comprehension. Sometimes I wonder what I ever did to deserve his love his love and mercies. I got married at 40 when everyone had given up hope and three months after I got pregnant without any hassle. Its been a smooth sailing pregnancy and I know God will complete his miracle and I will bring forth my baby safe and sound and I shall have more babies.. I just want to implore all those thrusting God for marriage/fruit of the womb to never ever give up hope. There nothing impossible with God. Just trust him

ReplyDeletecongratulations to your friend......I have been trusting God for 8 years and still trusting him....i have had 3 miscarriages, 3 failed IVFs, 1 surgery for fibroid but I know my time is coming soon....so far we have spent about 4 million on IVF which didn't work....my hubby does not want adoption but says he is open to surrogacy.......am believing God he will do it for my cos i know he is still faithful...am 42 going on 43.....to all ya waiting too hang in there, we shall testify of Gods goodness in this land of the living........says mummy-in-waiting......
