ReplyDeleteWearing pants like tonto that sweep the floor isn't such a good idea for expensive pants but its perfect for jeans and they will fray at d bottom which is acceptable(rugged tinz). the very long length pants enlongate your legs and give you a slimmer look. Anything short that shows the top of your foot is bad style. Tontos look is laid back and I love it. I give her a 7.
ReplyDeleteStella, the heels lift the trousers and stop the wearers from stepping on the hems. It will only fray if you wear the garment everyday. More so it's usually from the house to the car to the event, then back to the car and back home. No time for fraying.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason thicker fabrics are more prone to fraying and that's why denim frays easily.
Palazzos (wide legged trousers) have never been out of vogue. I think they are timeless.

Toni definitely rocked it better - Nice blazer too. I'd give Toyin 8/10 and Jeremiah 6/10. Yes, wide mouth trousers are still in vogue. Also, it's very proper for a lady to step on her pants. Why not if you can rock it?
