Senior Obstetrician and Gynaecologist of Note, Dr Okewale of St Ives hospital is out with a 235 page book with 7 chapters on practical ways of getting pregnant and having a healthy baby. According to Dr Okewale, ‘’the book is based on my 25years of clinical interactions with couples trying to get pregnant’’.
He also talks about his amazement about the many myths, misinformation, hearsay, half truth and outright falsehood infertile couples have to grapple with from friends, well wishers, relations, spiritualists, charlatans and unfortunately from medical and paramedical personnel’s with little or no interest in the vast field of infertility.
Dr Okewale is a strong Advocate for women in healthcare and women health education and believes the book will fill the vacuum of misinformation. The book is available at;
