Human rights activist Mike Ozekhome (SAN) has hurriedly left Nigeria with his wife and children a day after he was released by his abductors.
He was spotted leaving Nigeria Yesterday Friday September 13,2013 via Virgin Atlantic with his wife and two young children in tow.
I guess he has gone to rest and recover from the shock.....he is probably still afraid.....that is what you get when you live in a land where the worth of the lives of citizens is not more expensive than that of suya!
Have fun Sir.........I hope you recover from the trauma of being abducted!
Eyah! Freedom sweero!!! Enjoy Sir, you need it.

4000+ lives wasted before a president stood up to declare State of Emergency. 4000+ lives!!! You said it all SDK; lives worth less than suya. Na condition make many of us remain here with our small wits. Nigerians are on their own here, whether they like it or not, whether they want to be sentimental or not. The issue of security is obviously handled with kid gloves in this country. Thumbs up to those who are still clamoring for 2-shoes to remain in office at 2015. Your loved ones are not among the hopeless and dead, I'm sure of that. 2015, make una vote wisely o. We've had enough from 2-shoes. Ask yourselves this: if MEND and BH threatened to disrupt October 1, 2011 celebrations at Eagles Square, and Oga at the top ran for cover on that day instead, what happens to "commoners" who are being threatened on a daily basis? 4 years is a lifetime. Your vote is your future. Vote wisely.
ReplyDeleteN I guess u are clamoring for that religious extremist....let someone better come out n we will vote for him!!!

ReplyDeleteLet me start by saying Thank God for Your life Mike Ozekhome.
ReplyDeleteEvery One here blaming The Government, I need to remind you that this is a democracy; Government of the PEOPLE, by the People and for the People.
We have seen how the PEOPLE doing the "for the people" are performing, but how about WE, the "BY THE PEOPLE"???
We can blame Jonathan or Obasanjo or Yaradua but they are not going to join the police. We can call the police corrupt and inefficient but if "holy and righteous" people like all these blog visitors claim to be, do not join, the police will remain the same. In NYC, the mantra is;"See Something, say something" because it is a collective effort.
The sooner we start doing something no matter how small to change the system, it will remain bad. See how the police has effectively shut down people filming corrupt practices? Because Nigerians, We are cowards!!! Instead of stopping when someone was arrested, we should have doubled or tripled our efforts.
Have a nice time sir but remember, except you are fleeing, Nigeria will still be the same when u return.
Let the man go chill and get over it. He's been there done that. I mean when you ve been kidnapped once;in a highly celebrated manner such as this, the probability is that it won't happen again. Wonder whose turn it is next...Signed:wide eyed!
ReplyDelete@ anon September 14, 2013 at 9:00 AM you think it's so easy? Not with the current government. How do you even know he went to the UK?
ReplyDeletei read his interview with a great deal of disappointment.so after 4 gallant police officers had given their lives for him,the best he could do was to ask Government to set up foundations for their families?
ReplyDeletehow about a symbolic gesture from him first?
while the police officer's family are in mourning,he is jetting out with his own family abroad on holidays, and we blame Nigerian police for looking after themselves and running away when they hear armed robbers are operating
