ReplyDeletePlease people, how credible is Jumia. I'd like to purchase a HT chest freezer from them but am concerned about their customer care and what happens if I need to exchange the product( incase of malfunction), do I foot the transport or its all covered in the 3years warranty. Anyone had an experience with Jumia?
ReplyDeleteAbeg forget these ones. I ordered from them before they said it will take3 days. Na lie o. After wasting my credit calling them they kept telling me it will be with you soon & forming attitude. Very rude things. It came after 6 days. I should have gone to buy myself because at least I know I can carry my thing immediately. But it sha was original from them not China that's good
DeleteBottom line.....quality was fabulous! They just have to work on delivery! Jumia....here I come! Been eyeing the best of Chimamamda's book collection.
