BBC Reports That Gunmen Killed 44 People In A Nigerian Mosque!
OH NO NOT AGAIN!......NOT JUST AGAIN!
BBC reported that at least 44 worshippers were shot dead at a mosque in northeast Nigeria, officials say. the killings took place during dawn prayers on Sunday morning, although news only emerged today Monday.
The attack occurred in Konduga in Borno state, 35km (22 miles) from the state capital Maiduguri.

ReplyDeletejust read it on twitter and i couldn't believe my eyes.we have a sitting president and a yearly budget allocation dedicated to the fight on terror of almost 1 trillion naira.
ReplyDeletethey claimed to be having dialogue with BH hundreds of millions have been collected for that one too and yet innocent people are still being killed.
the course i read in my 1st degree was slightly towards islamic terrorism and my undergrad dissertation was directly on the justifications of islamic terrorism and how to go about solving it.after we finished me and 2 other Nigs with our cv tried to apply for jobs thats when i experienced the heavy politics of religion and ethnicity that existed in that sector.after repeated frustrations i jejely packed my bags and returned to uk to do my postgrad none of us succeeded in getting a job
majority of the people who are supposed to be making decisions on this issue dont know the first thing about terrorism they just sit around in air conditioned offices collecting money.it is sad but true that these issue will not only continue but will get worse because they are going about it the wrong way.
there is nowhere on earth where terrorism/insurgency have been solved by sending armed soldiers in and shooting everything in sight,the so called jtf have driven the real bh underground and alienated themselves from the people who would have given them the info needed

ReplyDeleteNow on a serious note, Nigeria is fast sinking into the state of anarchy. And the bombing is becoming a norm. There's fire on the mountain. Nigeria is in serious trouble. Wonder if there's hope, or perhaps has God forsaken us? Maybe its time we made restitution with Him. Wonder what would have become of us if we aren't a praying people. Cos its the prayer that has kept us thus far. Or perhaps we should change our prayer points. Time to ask God to send every thing and person oppressing Nigeria to the grave. The Israelites prayed and God sent them help. We can do same. The God of the red sea is till on the throne. God bless Nigeria still!
