Shocking----Eating Disorder Turns Model Into Skeleton.

                                                    Before                              now

“One of the most beautiful Greek journalist,Nana Karagianni shocks everyone with her terrible illness. In
the past she used to work as a model and later on television. Until the moment she was hit by the models’ disease, anorexia. The beautiful and successful journalist has lost so much weight over time that she has now become unrecognizable.”

There is more to her illness, she should look inwards, undergo screening and get treatment.

  30. What is your sugar intake? You might not be processing sugar well and if you don't then the insulin from your pancreas just keeps pouring in to your system and converting to fat! You need to stop eating bagels, cake/cookies/chinchin/puff puff/makemewell/scotch egg etc, white potatoes, white bread, white rice, dodo (yellow plantain), yam, coco and water yam, garri, ice cream, water melon, mango, pineapple or any foods with a high glycemic index. Stop drinking sugary drinks - mineral, malta, vita malt etc. Stop drinking high caloric alcohol like beer, wines unless you make it a spritzer and by that I mean, you can splice your wine with seltzer water so it is not as high in calories. THEN you MUST work out at least 30-45 mins a day, drink a lot of water. This will help. YOU CAN EAT BUT IT IS WHAT YOU ARE EATING AND HOW MUCH OF IT THAT YOU ARE EATING THAT IS THE PROBLEM. Substitute semolina, fufu, pounded yam etc with pounded green plantain. Eat more fish/chicken and less beef and goatmeat.
