I wish to make this a quick one. Please help me ask your readers wetin person fit use to stop FART from smelling. Because i am beginning to realize na this fart make me and my boyfriend break up. E too smell, its
that bad the smell affects me gan. Make person dey fear to mess for man front. Abi if i marry i no go mess for my husband front?! I live here in America and have gone to the drugstores like them CVS, WALMART n KMART but nothing to use. If one drug dey or herbal medicine from 9ja i can use i won't mind telling my mum. Please post this as its very important to me and its not even funny''

  14. Foods like egg, beans, and some other forms produces smelly gases easily. Avoid eating such food particularly at odd hours. Have your dinner early and take lots of water daily. I believe this should solve the problem 90 percent. Also, take vegetables and fruits regularly, they help digestion and bowel movements.

    I'm sure you have so many foods around you to help with that.

    Like other have said, reduce your sugar and dairy intake, drink lots of water, increase your fruits n veggie intake and lastly detoxify your system.

    1. Gbam! Gbam!! Gbam!!! I drink water first thing in the morning and it aids my farting and stooling.. The only problem I have is when I eat beans, akara (bean cake) and moi moi, but even at that, I fart as much as I stool.. Let me just say that my stooling depends on my farting.

  19. Contaminated system! mix a little Dettol, Jik and Kerosene together, take it first thing every morning for three days, your stomarc wl be fine and you stop messing . Dont forget to thank me later!

  22. Squeeze half a lemon into a glass of moderately hot water and drink first thing in the morning.
    Cut down on meat, carbonated drinks, eggs, milk and cabbage (yes!): these produce gas. Eat plenty of fibre to detoxify your system. Metamucil will do just fine. Eat a lot of probiotic yoghurt e.g. Activia. Try all these and see what happens.
    If symptoms persist, consult an allergy specialist.

  28. I believe farting/passing out gas is a natural occurence and I don't think anytin can stop that. However,if u don't want ur fart to smell,the one thing I can tell u is to ensure u use d toilet EVERYDAY!trust me it works!tested and trusted by me!

Brush ur tongue well and ur inner cheek!ur gums upper palate must be brushed!Get original Ethymol toothpaste,use morn and nite while u use dental floss to clean between ur teeth!also see a dentist in case u ve tooth decay!go for scaling n polishing every 6months even if u don't ve tooth decay!Anti biotics may not be d ans!some pple just brush only teeth and leave the mouth like that!you ve to brush out the whole mouth especially ur tongue!Goodluck!Signed:wide eyed!

  33. @Blue, make sure u brush ur tongue very well atleast twice a day. And don't skip year breakfast cos not eating in d morning will make the digestive enzymes in the mouth to react with bacteria which will give u mouth odour. Stop taking alcohol and stop taking those antibiotic, so that it will not cause another problem for you. Above all drink plenty of water. And don't forget to be brushing ur tongue regularly and use paste that has more of mint. Thank me later... Chinna

  34. Hi, Blue. Try rinsing your mouth with lime (the green type) juice and water as often as you can especially after every meal. Also mix half a teaspoon of baking soda with a little Dabur toothpaste. Use it to brush your teeth morning and night, concentrating on your tongue.
