      Nigeria is Fatherland while Ghana is Motherland.

      *drink water to keep your body hydrated
      *detoxify your system(bitter leaf juice, fruits smoothie etc)
      *eats lots of fruits and veggies
      *abstain from sugary and fatty foods
      *exfoliate regularly
      *apply shea butter and don't forget to moisturise(I moisturise in the day and sheabutterise at night).
