    6. Normalise minding your business. People have health challenges you know NOTHING about sometimes

Most of you do it to mock and make yourself feel better and not like you care.

BBL has also revealed how extremely insecure almost everybody is, but love taunting fat people.

Deji learn to zip it sometimes. A lawyer ought to have emotional intelligence and not chochocho. Some of us don't like fair guys, yet we dey manage you for our internet space.

  3. There's a huge difference between telling your friend she's adding too much weight and body shaming.

Let's not deceive ourselves, we all know when someone is trying to mock you and when they mean well.

  5. It depends on how you say it or how much you keep telling them..

  7. It's sometimes difficult to tell people certain things. My sister was telling me how it was difficult for her to tell her male friend that he had body odour. I told her that she's in the best position to tell him but she insisted that she didn't know how to put it to him then without making him feel bad.

  9. Oh! You think they don't know?🤔

  10. I think it depends on how close the friends are and how you tell your friend that he/she is fat

  11. And after telling them, then what. Do you plan on telling them every time you see them, will that be all you talk about? It is better to ask if something has changed in their life, if things are well. All fat doesn't mean laziness, gluttony or lack of will power, some is related to medication, hormones and stress.

  13. It depends on how you tell the person.

  14. Normalize minding your business, so someone that is fat does not know that he/she is fat until you tell them right? Mcheeeww activist isonu.

  15. Telling them is not the issue here , why do we have friends? It's to tell us the truth. But the problem is the way, tone and choice of words used to pass the message. Some could be demeaning and disrespectful...

  16. First of all, they know for sure but if you still want to tell them what they already know, then do it politely

  17. I think if you met them that way then it's who they are. Leave it alone. If it's getting worse, then point it out and ask if there's a plan (fat or thin) weight is primarily about health. If its more about what they wear, then suggest other options or say doesn't promote your body well. Telling someone they're fat or fatter is more about HOW you say it not WHAT you say. And short story is, Nigerians are not subtle and totally lack finesse
