Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State was allegedly recorded on the telephone asking officials INEC to rig the election for his candidates in the recently concluded Rivers legislative rerun elections.

However with inciting statements that have been made in the past openly and unabashedly by this same governor I won't put it past him.
