Awesome God!!!.....And yet some people still doubt that he can do ALL THINGS!

I hope this mail meets you well. This mail is a testimony that God indeed answers prayers.
After my first child turned 2, I kept trying to conceive again but the pregnancy wasn't forthcoming. Earlier in the year I did 21 days fasting and prayer organised by a Catholic Christian group (Daily Strength Devotional) and I kept up with other prayers as well as the 2 days fasting and 21 days midnight prayers that was posted on your blog and I read the Bible especially the Book of Psalms and the parts that talked about God's promises concerning fruitfulness.
I and my husband always prayed together and even though some months passed since we started intensive prayers we still trusted God.
To cut the long "story" short I missed my period and decided to run a pregnancy test, lo and behold the God of miracles has blessed us and we are pregnant. I strongly believe that the good Lord who started this miracle is sure to complete it in the mighty name of Jesus... Amen
I praise the name of God, I worship Him, I adore Him, I exalt Him and I give Him all the glory because He alone is worthy.
Today I decree for all women trying to conceive that the Lord who did it for myself and all the other women who sent in their testimonies, is the same God and He will surely answer. He sees your tears and He will use you to bring glory to His name... Amen
BV Default smile, I specially want to encourage you to keep praying and trusting God. He who is merciful and kind will hear your pleas before you even think of lying or hiding from people. Just have faith, you are next in line for a miracle in Jesus name... Amen

Oh God, I need this kind of miracle! I'm so tired of seeing my period! So tired of getting to second trimester and seeing blood! So tired of my mother-in-law comparing me to my brother in-law's wife! Is it my fault that my sister in-law got married in 2014 and is expecting her second child and I've been married since 2009 without anything to show for it? I am tired of this marriage! Tired of crying myself to sleep! Tired of the disgrace and gossip! When you sing in the choir and you sing at people's weddings and the next year they have a baby! Then you that you've been married for 6 years, you have nothing to show for it! Upon all the years I've been working for God, he can't even answer me. My friends who had abortions have children! Where have I gone wrong? Virginity, I kept it for marriage! I fast and pray too! I've done everything they said I should. My husband pretends not to be bothered but I know his family talks about us! 3 miscarriages and a stillbirth. Why, God?!
ReplyDeleteSorry 4 the rant. I needed to vent cuz I've been keeping these issues to myself. But whenever outsiders ask me how are the children because they assume we have kids, I want to die!! My in-laws are making my life a miserable hell! I'm walking around but my spirit is dead! I'm tired of praying, abeg!
The good lord will surprise you when you least expect , give thanks always.
DeleteAll I can tell you is keep believing God. Make a vow to Him that you must keep... seek not just His Hands but His Face. Worship Him because you love Him and not necessarily because you want something from Him. The moment you start getting used to this new way of life, He will surprise you. God is not man that He should lie... His promises are as genuine as silver refined seven times in the furnace. He has promised you fruitfulness and it shall come to pass in the mighty name of Jesus... Amen
